The story is like Manik Malhotra the topper plus bad boy of the best medical College of India Delhi institute of medical College has a lot of arrogant and anger. His best friend Cabir dawan more like a brother from another mother. Cabir is full on fun and chill type person exactly opposite to manik.
Like story is shown from manik begin a surgeon he is alcoholic and than the starting is shown in flashback
The story starts like Manik Malhotra got involved in a big and dangerous fight and the dean of the college asks for an apology and he begin an egoistic dined than the dean restricted him.
The scene is the same a movie manik comes to the canteen with his best friend Cabir and ofcourse with the restriction letter and cabir is constantly convincing him to apologise to the dean and get back at college but manik as usual begin stubborn not listening him like he is not talking to him. But suddenly Manik's eyes fell on some thing or i should say someone that made his anger vanish in a second. He got lost in that face the no make up simple but elegant beauty
