It was yet another dream of the same thing. I was chasing something, in the woods. "Wait! Come back! Who are you?!" I asked aloud as I chased it.. it turned around. The moonlight shone from them reflecting a girl of heaven itself. Light-brown hair, a mask of a fox on her face, around my height, with a symbol on her necklace and fingerless gloves.
She just stared at me, with her mask showing more light, her eyes glowing from behind a golden blue. Then like always, the dream ended.
I woke up to my little brother Shawn. As usual. "Good! You're awake!" He told me. I groaned and rubbed my eyes. He had improved his speech since we figured out what speech therapy was. Now he could communicate without subtitles!
"Morning bud.. yes I had the same dream.. but she looked at me this time." I said as I got up out of my bed.
After a day of dealing with a family vlog, I decided since I was already dressed anyway, I would go down to our farm to feed some of the animals. "Hey Chase, buddy? Where are you going?" Dad asked me as he noticed my attempt to leave.
"Oh! I'm going to feed the animals at the farm, I can walk!" I told him in the most casual and nervous tone ever spoken in my life. Thankfully he believed me.
Coincidentally, our farm was connected from a Forrest trail, the same one I chased the girl in the dreams night after night. Walking down the trail, taking in the sounds of nature, I suddenly hear a twig snap from around me. I look around in confusion, knowing that I might be watched.
"Hello..? What species created by nature is coming to greet me today..? Or kill me.." I ask aloud as I continue walking. When suddenly I was stopped in my tracks by... the girl. She appeared out of nowhere!
"WHAT THE?! WHERE DID YOU..." I began, when she put up her pointer finger, silencing me. "I'm not actually here silly, you're imagining things!" She told me confidently with a smile and laugh.
"Who are you..? I want to know who you are.." I ask her without hesitation.
"I, am a Therian. And you?"
