Minako only wanting the safety of her child hid it (sorry I'm using terms like this because of gender crisis)
masking the evidence saying the child died, only the 3rd hokage Tsunade and Minako knew.
Sasuke was only 6 but when he found out he wasn't getting a new family member he blocked every thing out.
Itachi found out there was something suspicious soon but acted otherwise. For he knew soon he was going to have to kill his family,
but what if Minako died, but was given a second chance so she could watch her children grow, especially her newborn baby.
what if Tsunade was the one given the child, and that's why she left kohana. (but of course I'm not giving the child Tsunade's crazy attitude, that's Sakura's job after all she becomes Tsunade's 2nd apprentice)
Kouruzi of cource is trained and even for a 7 year old she is sanin level in power so don't be fooled by the childish cutness or you could be shot down and never know what hit ya till your dead hehe,.
