chapter 7 : now or never?

*TIMES PASSES*

He doesn't make order me around anymore, and he doesn't insult me either. He stopped making me do chores too. After that day there was no need to.

Sunghoon was wrapping medical strap in sunoo ankles as he spat. "Sorry, but this is the best i could do,you understand we can't go to hospital, right.?" sunghoon grinned and looked up at sunoo as sunoo was sitting on the chair and he himself was on floor, sunghoon rested his head on sunoo's lap.

*CURRENT TIME*

Sunoo was resting his head on the table at kitchen as he was looking at sunghoon with half open eyes.

Sunghoon was talking on the call, "Ahh.. I'll probably will be the last because of rain, yeah at the cafe from last time, yep got it!" he hang up the call and he went towards sunoo "sun?"

Sunoo immediately shut his eyes and pretend to fall asleep "...."

Sunghoon scoot forward and tapped on sunoo back "sun? are you sleeping?" he asked and sat down.

Sunoo slowly opened his eyes acting dizzy as if he woke up from sleep, he slowly raise his head up.

Sunghoon immediately banged sunoo head down but securely. "Nah, nah, go back to sleep, i shouldn't have said anything, as you see.. I have to go somewhere, so I was wondering.." he placed his finger on sunoo's chin, and traces it over his jaw. "Can you go back to basement?"

Sunoo didn't even blinked as he sighs and quietly turned his face aside.

Sunghoon finger froze as sudden act and he strokes his jaw. "Ah, are you angry?"

No response came out from sunoo.

sunghoon stared for a while and caressed his side cheek. "Alright.. Take care of the house then, the basement probably too damp.. I'll be right back.." *He said and plants the kiss on sunoo forehead, as he whispers more like an cold warning. "And don't cross the line, i'll be back at around 7 go to sleep"

Sunoo close his eyes, as sunghoon left from there and bangs the door.

*The little noises of clock "tick tick" was far too loud in this empty house"*

But as soon as sunghoon left sunoo opened his eyes as his gaze instantly went on the clock. "What time is it? It's 6 now.. so i have an hour, i-i can't leave right away. I'll just wait 15 minutes... I need to change first" he mumbled to himself and tries to get up while holding the table.

Even though sunoo was getting all those bad thoughts based on what will happen if he get caught escaping, he would probably be dead but then he realized it's better enough to take a risk at ones.

After 10 minutes he changed his clothes as he looked at clock it was 6:10 pm. "Just 5 minutes more" he started to crawl at door, but when he crossed the line which sunghoon draw, he hesitated for a moment but he let it off and crawled at the main door, he unlatch the door and he mumbled "let's go back.." But he stopped and sighs for a while, as he questioned himself and all those memories started to flash in front of his eyes. "I-i love you sunghoon.." He was panting while sweat rolling down his forehead and his head was hurting when he think of it all, how could he leave like this? But then he realized that this is a good opportunity now or never so he sighed. *i'm sorry sunghoon.." He said and opened the door, as soon as he opens the door the light flashed on his face the smell of rain, it felt like an new world to him, it didn't really fit the sunset but it was still beautiful and that faint smell of cigarette smoke, he crawled out of door a bit more but the sound of the song "singing my life with words, killing me softly with his song, killing me softly with his song"

As eyes widen at the view in front of him as he couldn't process any more he can't move any further he froze at his place because it was sunghoon sitting on the stairs outside his back was turned at sunoo face while he was listen to that song in slow rain.
