The weeksㅡmonths went by really fast. Jennie's finally on her second trimester. The quote which states that: time flies fast when you're happy, is indeed true because the two of them have never been happier with what's happening with them right now and with what's coming to them in a few months that they don't even realize how fast the big day is approaching.

They immersed themselves into every part of pregnancy and getting ready to be parents. From designing the baby's room to picking out every item they needed, they were thorough and dedicated. They went to seminars and practiced everything first-time pregnant omegas need to know, eager to learn and prepare as much as possible for their new role.

Of course, they still have arguments, it's unavoidable. Especially Jennie, who struggled with constant mood swings and hormonal changes. Despite this, their squabbles never got serious, staying mostly as playful banter and small misunderstandings. Lisa's unabating patience and understanding made sure any disagreements were quickly settled before they could turn into anything bigger.

Through the challenges of pregnancy, they discovered new sides of each other that deepened their connection. They thought they knew each other inside and out, but each day brought surprising disclosures that made their relationship even richer. It's amazing how these discoveries turned into chances to grow, building a stronger and healthier bond between them.

Going through pregnancy together was a real journey of discovery for them. They learned so much, not just about becoming parents, but about themselves and each other too. They cheered on each other's strengths and supported each other through the tough moments, building a strong and loving bond that could handle anything.

And it's all fun and easy-peasy for Lisa, not until Jennie's body has gone softer and plumper. And her hormones are out of the roof.

But as Jennie's body changed, so did their dynamic. Lisa saw firsthand the hormonal rollercoaster the omega was on. One moment, Jennie would be laughing at a silly joke, and the next, she'd be crying for no reason.

Their usual routines got more complicated. Lisa had to adjust constantly, not just to Jennie's physical changes but also to her emotional ups and downs. Some days, Jennie wanted comfort and closeness, seeking Lisa's touch and warmth. Other times, she just needed space.

Lisa's patience was tested, but her love for Jennie only grew stronger. She learned how to support her wife without smothering her and be protective without being overbearing.

You see, Lisa has handled a lot of pregnant patients. She has seen countless of omegas' coming through and departing from her hospital office or birthing center. She has helped all the pregnant patients to give birth. She studied and learned everything about pregnancy. She has all the basics and extensive knowledge about this thing.

But nothing really compares to being in the exact situation yourself, instead of just observing it happen to others.

She can't believe that all those years of being one of the sought OB/GYN specialists in one of the biggest hospitals in Korea will go into a drain as she gets a whiplash from her own wife's pregnancy, or more importantly, the changes of her omega's body.

Lisa breathes out for the nth time as she watches her omega prance around their house, almost 19 weeks bump out. Jennie's pastel, pink crop top fitting her soft and plump body flawlessly.

Ever since Jennie's belly slightly grew, the omega started wearing a crop top inside their home. Well, Jennie really wears a clothing like that whenever she's feeling it back when she's still not yet pregnant, but now, it heightens to the point that Lisa is having a hard time every fucking day.
