"Girl- watch out" Janelle laughed, softly pushing her away. "You got the vocals you just play entirely too much"
Yaya joined in on the laughing as she turned back to the mirror in front of her.
They were getting ready for the party Dd was talking about yesterday. The one held by man man.
On the flyer it said leave the beef at home—and the girls knew they shouldn't go. But something in their guts told them to go.
And because the party was held by Vaylani's house they were getting ready over there so they could just walk. Despite the boys saying telling them not to walk anywhere at that time they were gonna do it anyways.
Yamiri wondered why there was a party in the middle of winter but hoes never get cold and New York never sleeps.
They'd party during a war if given the opportunity. Yamiri hated that, because she wasn't much of a party animal.
Sometimes they'd go to parties back to pack so Yamiri would drink two nights in a row.
It wasn't like anyone was forcing her to drink—because they weren't— she just wanted to drink.
It weirded herself out that she was so willing to drink and get drunk than smoke and get high.
Giving very much, alcoholic.
"You wearin that?" Lani asked Nelly rubbing her nose and walking over to the closest. "Cause I'm tryna figure out what to wear."
"Nope," Janelle sighed popping the 'p' and shaking her head "I still gotta change"
"What about you yaya?" Lani questioned turning to the other girl.
"Girly I barely got clothes on, I still needa change." Yamiri hummed searching through the piles of makeup.
Lani nodded to herself and walked into her closet to find some clothes. Janelle continued to style her hair while Yamiri continued to do her makeup.
