However, due to a rapid increase in mortality rates caused by viruses, the Cosmic Union has decided to allow the strongest individuals from these low-life planets to earn the opportunity to join the Cosmic Union planets.

To facilitate this, they have jointly developed a software using their supercomputers and advanced intellect. This software is designed to identify and train the smartest, strongest, and best individuals from the low-life planets. Through this program, these individuals can enhance their skills, upgrade their capabilities, and ultimately overcome their inferiority.
