the first day of school.

Mr Rays POV:
*alarm starts going off at 4:30am* *groans* get up sleepy head said Skylar. my wife. I get up and sit down for a second thinking. I stand up. And stretch. I then put my suit on. First day of teaching freshman college. I walk Into the kitchen to eat what my wife has prepared. She gets home from work around     12-2am. She's a Computer Engineer.

I then get all my belongings. And head out. Hopefully today is gonna be a good day. I said.

Autumns Pov:
*sleeping* *mom bursts in* GET UP she yelled
Five more minutes. I said. No autumn get up. Alright fine. I got up and stretched. Then I fell off my bed the way I was stretching. I then stand up and start putting my first day of school clothes on. Except, I'm going to college. My sat? 1352. And my gpa was a 4.7. I was pretty smart. Always a teachers pet tho.

I went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth, and my hair. I sprayed my favorite perfume on. A thousand wishes. If I had a thousand wishes. I would be rich,popular,married,pretty. All the above. I put my shoes on and grab my phone. I get an apple and walk out the door. I get into my car and drive to school.

I walk into the big double doors. I reach into my backpack and get my schedule. First period. Mr ray. Oh. Okay. Like a X-ray? Never mind I kid to my self. It was on the 4th floor. So I walked up 3 things of stairs. I was tired. But finally found the classroom. I walk in. It was an old man. Not old but maybe mid 40's. He looked at me in a way. I can explain.

MR RAYS POV:
I didn't have enough time to even decorate the room. Oh no students are walking in. Who's that girl over there? She's really beautiful. What am I saying? She's my student for gods sake. today's gonna be a long day. I wonder if any of them had read my book.

Autumns POV: Mr ray is kinda of cute but, he's my teacher for crying out loud. Eh flirting wouldn't Hurt, would it? I walk over to him, hey Mr.. Ray it is? I smiled while saying.
Mr ray: yes it is *smiles* and uh yours is?
me: autumn, like the season.
Mr ray: well your long blonde hair and uh green eyes is it? Reminds me of autumn.
Me: oh well I'll take that as a compliment * laughs*
Mr ray: how else would you take it.? He laughs.
Autumn: who knows it could've been offensive. I chuckle while saying. Me and him get along well.
Mr ray: well go take a seat, autumn right there at that desk.
Autumn: the singular one in the middle?
Mr ray: yes. Please.
Mr Rays POV: if me and her get along so well maybe we could become close. A lot of the student and me get along well but I feel a connection with her.

Autumns pov: he's really funny. But nice. Kind of cute. By why does he want me to sit at the only desk by myself in-front of everyone in-front of his desk? It's kind of weird and embarrassing in a way.

Mr ray: Autumn!
Me: hm oh yeah Mr ray?
Mr ray: have you read my book?
Me: you have a book? You're an author.? What's it called Mr ray??
Mr ray: it's called  L.O.V.E.R
Me: like the Taylor swift album? I laughed.
Mr ray: you like Taylor swift??
Me: yeah? Who doesn't. I laugh.
Mr ray: it's just surprising.
Mr rays pov: alright class. So our first graded assignment is gonna be read any book and jot down your feelings about it. The vibe. The meaning. How it makes you feel. Okay class. Get to work.
Me: Mr ray can I go to the library??
Mr ray: yeah autumn go ahead he smiles.
Autumns pov: I'm going to see if they have Mr rays book in there. *walks to library* *walks in* he said l.o.v.e.r? Right? Oh well let me look. *searches for 20 minutes* I FOUND IT!!? by David ray. David? Woah. *checks it out* *starts walking back to class*
David's pov (Mr ray) : where is autumn? She's been gone 25 minutes.
*Autumn walks in* where have you been autumn? He says. Oh nothing just went to look for a book. Mr ray. She shakes the book up in the hair so I could see it. Is that my book, Autumn? *smiles* sure is Mr ray. She laughs.
Autumns pov: it's a big book I guess I have to start reading it. *Mr ray stands up* alright class I got a email saying you'll stay in here for the rest of the day.
Why? I say. Because testing in the building. Already? I said. Yep pretesting it's stupid but it exists he chuckles. I look at his veiny arms his recently shaved beard. I sit down. He walks up to me. I hope you enjoy the book. He smiles. * he pushes the hair out of my face* make sure you put how you feel about it on the paper. Ok I said. What's this feeling? I'm feeling.
I spray some of my favorite perfume on. The scent burns my nose because I inhaled it for some reason. But it smells good. I somehow finish the book. And write my feelings on it. I turn it in and I see him ignoring all the other papers to read mine. I smiled.

Hey autumn come here, he said. Yes sir.
What was your favorite line from the book?
Oh it was:"I've never felt this way for anyone before, she's changing my life." Really? He said. Yeah it's my favorite line I followed. I remember writing that line. Like it was yesterday. I felt this madness knowing that the line wasn't about me. I know have daddy issues, is honestly this bad?

The bell rung and we were dismissed. I walked up to Mr ray.
Autumn: bye Mr ray. As I smiled.
David(Mr ray):bye autumn. Leans for a hug*
Autumn*gives a hug*
This feeling. His touch. His hands on my waist. He only saw me as a student.. right?
