AUTHOR'S POV-

Finally they arrived in Mumbai after travelling by road. Totally exhausted, Shubhi and Shourya got seperated as they needed to go in different directions. Ritik's home comes in the middle of Kriti's home so she thought of dropping him.

Meanwhile in Ritik's home -
(The chaos)

Mrs. Ahuja was yelling at everybody in the house to quickly get ready, she was eagerly waiting for Ritik to come. She prepared the aarti thal topping off with his favourite sweet on the side .

After sometime everyone came down looking all done and dusted with a happy smiley face and kids too were excited because they will be getting gifts from him.

Everyone gathered and were now looking at the door . They heard a car stopping near and wished it was him, and there he entered but was not alone.
Kriti came along with him, his parents were really happy to meet her again.

They were really close to each other's parents. Infact she was a daughter to Ritik's parents and Ritik was a son to Kriti's parents.
They saw her hands interlocked with his and were in tears by now, she did aarti of both and kissed their temples and gave them a hug.
His father was confident that he would one day find Kriti and will be together and see his trust worked, they met and now are together.

Both touched the feets of his parents and came in  the hall where everyone else was present.
She greeted everyone and he introduced her to them.
The family consisted of

BUAJI
CHACHA AND CHACHI
KIDS OF CHACHA AND CHACHI
ARNAV AND APOORVA (ARNAV IS A COLLEGE STUDENT WHILE APOORVA IS A SCHOOL STUDENT
STUDYING IN 12TH STANDARD)
BUAJI HAS A SON NAMED KIVAAN
AND HE IS OLDER THAN RITIK (A SELF-MADE ENTREPRENEUR)

There are other characters also but just for this part.

The other members are
Taaiji and Tauji with their daughter and son-in-law
Massi ji and Mausaji with their son and daughter-in-law
And Ritik's maternal grandparents

Everyone was really surprised to see a girl with him but his parents introduced her as their daughter more probably should mention daughter-in-law 👀.

Kriti touched everyone's feet and they made her sit along with Ritik. His mom had soo many things to tell her but most importantly she asked her if she is hungry or not..

Yk just Indian mothers thing to make sure their child ate or not !
She shamelessly said Yes with a dramatic accent and aunty laughed with her . His mother informed her mother on call that she is with Ritik and will come after lunch. Their mothers are community friends in the Gujrati club, she was in the kitchen with other older ladies while the younger clan all packed her with questions about him.

Arnav asked Ritik,"Bhai kya khoob bala leke aaye ho apne sath you are damn sure na you want to marry her?"
Ritik looked at him and was in a serious mood now and said,"Ofc idiot I will marry her eventually and thanks for the compliment for her."

Meanwhile Kriti was sitting with Apoorva and Kivaan; Apoorva asked her,"Wow di aapke baare mei sunna bhar tha bhai ke muh se aaj dekhke pata chala jo description unhone diya usse 1000 times extra sundar ho aap. Mera bhai bahot lucky hai yk a secret he calls you his lucky charm."

Kivaan was doing something on his phone and Apoorva interrupted him saying,"Kya kar rhe ho bhai aap?
Chalo kriti di ko company do mei kitchen mei jaa rhi hu help karwane."
