BEEP BEEP BEEP!!! The alarm on the side of the bed blared loudly as Bill scrambled to shut it off. "Ahh shut up!" He said as he struggled to shut the alarm off. "Honey are you ok?" A voice said softly... Bill turned and said "yeah, can't get the damn thing to shut up." A pale boney hand reached across the bed to the alarm and began to fiddle around with it. It finally stopped then the voice said "you just gotta wiggle it a bit." "Thanks... Are you ready?" Said Bill "yes" the voice replied back. "I just have to take care of a few things then I'll be ready." Bill made his way upstairs to the attic, he turned on the light and the memories came flooding back. Bill for a breif moment was filled with joy the n the sadness came rushing back. The nostalgia made Bill feel good, but the memories were long gone and Bill knew he could never go back to the life he used to have. The life seemed like a dream, almost as if it never happened and it was like life was always the same for Bill. A tear rolled down his eye as he walked around the room. "Damn... Haven't been up here in years." Bill quietly said to himself. In his hand he carried a can of gasoline. He then proceeded to drench the room, from his Cosby Show posters to his various awards and medals. He then saw a glint of gold on the floor that caught his attention. He walked slowly over to it and picked it up. It was a gold medallion that his father gave him when he got married. "I was wondering where this thing went" as he quickly shoved it into his shirt pocket. He then proceeded to make a line of gasoline down two flights of stairs to the front door. He stepped back as he lit a match and held it in his hand. He paused for a moment taking it all in. Then without a word dropped the match and walked away without looking back. In seconds the house was engulfed in flames. Bill looked for a second and than shed a tear, he pulled away and stepped into the passanger seat of his black escalade. "Where to now Bill?" The soft voice said. Bill turned and looked in the direction of the voice. "Just drive Michael."
