Can We Fix Things? (Taylor Swift) 🍋

Summary: Y/N is a 33 year old celebrity, who is attending the Grammy Awards show. During the show, he watches as his ex-girlfriend, Taylor Swift, wins the award for Top Performing Artist Of The Year. Things were going OK, until Taylor had mention him. The last time the two of them talked or even saw them, things were not in anyway good, and the two hated each other. So after the show, Y/N finds Taylor Swift at a bar celebrating & wants to try and talk to her.

Third Person POV

Host: And, the award for Top Performing Artist of The Year goes to,.......... Taylor Swift!

A huge applause erupts, and Taylor walks up to the stage, wearing her shiny green dress, and accepts the award given to her, while also hugging the host, before standing in front of the microphone.

Taylor: Thank you! Oh gosh, this might be the one time I'm speechless.

The crowd laughs.

Taylor: There is so many emotions that are rushing through my head right now. Happiness, Love, even Fear. But, there's also just so many people I want to thank. Of course I want to thank my mom and dad, I really couldn't have gotten anywhere without them. My agent, who is just the sweetest person you could ever meet. I'm also very thankful to have a sibling, Austin.

Taylor starts to tear up, knowing that the last thing she wants to say, is the toughest thing to eek out.

Taylor: This may sound super confusing, and some people could get upset over this, but I really wanna give the biggest thank you... to Y/N Y/L/N. Mostly because,... he wants told me some things that I didn't understand it first. But now, I have taken those things to my heart... and I now understand what he meant by those things. So, thank you Y/N. Thank you to everybody!

Y/N keeps a calm expression on his face as the camera was showing him. However, the show quickly came to an end, and the cameras weren't rolling. His expression then became confused, and full of so many emotions.

Y/N POV

Three Hours Later

Through some good tips from a few celebrities who are friends of mine, I got word that Taylor was going to be hanging out in the bar area at the Marriott. I had asked the guy at the front desk where the bar was, and he was thankfully nice enough to lead me to where it was. Within no time at all, I saw Taylor standing there at the bar, having herself a martini. Despite everything that we've been through, she still looked so beautiful, especially in the green, shiny dress she was wearing. I took a moment before walking up to the bar, and ordering a martini for myself. And, she instantly saw that I was there.

Taylor: Oh. Umm.... hi Y/N. Long time no see?

I could tell that she was extremely nervous, but I didn't overreact and tried to stay calm.

Y/N: Yeah, I suppose. I mean, we didn't really technically see each other at the award show. So, how have things been?

I took a sip of my martini.

Taylor: Well, you know. Pretty much the usual, winning awards like this is kind of big, though.

Y/N: I guess so. Anyway, you staying here for the night?

Taylor: Yes. I umm... figured it's easier than driving all the way home. Especially if I'm going to be drinking.

Y/N: Hmm, that's true.

A moment of silence occurs, before I hear her start to say something.
