Chapter 4: Sage

Calix gave us four front seat VIP tickets for his upcoming concert. He left yesterday after making Zimal and Remy swoon. Jenna was impressed but she isn't a fan of Calix Elsher nor of his pretty friend. She already got her hands full is Millo.

Today is his concert and as usual I woke up at 2pm and went downstairs for breakfast. "So you won't be with us?" Zimal's sweet voice rang in the kitchen when I entered. I saw Jenna sitting on the dinning table with Millo's arm wrapped around her shoulders. "We exchanged the VIP ticket for two normal ones." Said Millo placing a kiss on Jenna's cheek.

"What's up gang?". "Jenna isn't gonna be with us in the concert. She will be but far away with her boyfriend." Nodding I poured coffee into my fav cup. "Guys come on I always wanted to go on a concert date and now's my chance." Everyone else started talking and I thought it was best to just ignore them. For my own peace. Okay so let me wrap it up again, finished with the flower painting, there was a witch painting I made a sketch of but didn't put on the canvas.

One day I'll be a famous artist. Just the thought of it makes my tummy tingle. Sage look here please. Tell us about this piece. Where did you got the inspiration for it? I'll answer all of you. Hmmm my beautiful art admirers. "Sage we're gonna get our nails done. You wanna come?" I looked behind when Remy came in the kitchen with an excited look on her face. Me and Zimal didn't got our nails done. Zimal because she had to do prayers and me because my nails are dirty with paint most of the times plus long nails also interfere with my art. "I'll pass." God I can't handle all of these glares no more. "Just this once, for me, please?" She's gonna use the for me card now. I know how it is. "Fine but I have to tell you I'm gonna paint a forest next and my nails will either get dirty poop color or green or if both mix then nose snot."

I cringed when Jenna let out a squeal. "Calix told us to wear red. He said it's his favorite colour." Remy giggled and Zimal smiled innocently. "Dark colours look trash on me." I commented and again everyone gave me  a glare except for Zimal who came near me and suggested I'd wear pink. I love this girl. I would marry her if I was a lesbian. I nodded at her and she smiled. "I can just marry you." Zimal laughed then stopped as if she just realized something. "Ohh yeah I totally forgot. My partents are trying to set me up with some guy. I got a text just this morning." 

I frowned. Her parents are always trying to set her up. Poor Zizi. "Please don't tell me it's with one of your cousins again." I asked and Zimal made a disgusted look. "That happened once, never again."

"Let's not talk about that." Remy said and side hugged Zimal. She smiled and nodded. "Exactly. This happened before too and it'll pass." We all agreed. "Tell them you're a lesbian then they'll stop looking." Men. "No, baby she can't or they'll force her to get married." Jenna explained to her boyfriend who just smiled at her and kissed her neck again.

I'm sick. So fucking sick of Milo. "I told you this before too." Sick of this baby voice. "I forgot, baby."

I cringed again and took a sip of coffee. I rather go to the concert an hour early then see this. "We'll get charms on our nails too. I like charms." I looked at Remy again when she suggested charms, my face turning excited. I'm treating myself to nails for once so I should at least go all out. "I want bow charms." I squealed and walked to Remy and Zizi.

"Alright bye." We said bye to Jen and dick head and went to the vip section. Front rows. They gave us wrist bands to wear and I wore them too. Better to enjoy to the fullest right? Even if I don't like the singer I can still vibe to good tunes. Soon the whole place was packed with Calix's fans and they all started chanting his name. "Calix Calix Calix..." My friends were chanting too so I joined them, chanting my ex bully's name. "Fucking hell Calix Elsher, get on the stage already." A desperate and emotional fan screamed from behind me and the crowd erupted in small giggles.

The spot light shone and light music started playing and having the perks on being on the front row, I saw a hole opening on the stage floor. Suddenly a tall figure jumped out of it and we all screamed when we saw Calix. "Woahhhhhhhh!!!" I screamed and so did everyone else.

Just as he landed on the floor, he looked up at the camera and the big screen behind him showed his face. He smirked and winked at the camera before he started singing. Everyone started screaming again.

"I love this man!" Remy exclaimed and Zimal squealed.

This song, 'devil's kiss' had a part where all music stopped and he whispered the word 'kiss' and right when that part came he looked straight at a fan and pointed. "Kiss." He whispered into the microphone. The girl looked like she was about to pass out and I found myself smiling at that.

After three or four songs, I forgot. Calix sat down on the stage floor and started talking. "So I think that you guys all deserve a new song. You guys choose the title, go on." While everyone was thinking and suggesting, a guy who was standing next to me talked. "Hi, I'm Jay. Short for Jayden." I smiled at him. He's cute. "I'm Sage... Short for nothing." He chuckled.

"Sage is a beautiful name and a beautiful colour." He took my hand and kissed the back of it. I blushed a bit. Jayden was cute and looked like a sunshine. Blond and blue eyes. "Mind if I get your number, beautiful?" We both had to scream because the crowd was too loud. "My number is zero three..." Someone shoved me from behind and I almost fell but Jayden cought me. I looked back a little annoyed at the girl. "What?" I snapped and she smiled. "Girl, Calix is calling you and he's coming here."

She was looking up and before I could even process anything something hit my head. I looked up and saw Calix grinning at me. "Hey, bonky wonky. You bonked my head remember?" I gave him a confused frown. We already had this conversation but why is he now... Ohhh yeah he told us to keep his location a secret.

Not to come out as a hater, I smiled and nodded. "And you defended me in the comments." His vampire teeth shone in the light as he smiled.
