Trolls 6

Birthday

This takes place 8 months after Poppy and Branch got married.

Poppy's POV:
I slowly flutter my eyes open as the light from the window shines in on me. My eyes fully focus, and I look at the troll I love the most, who is still sleeping peacefully next to me. I gently reach out my hand and put it on top of his. As I do this, he begins to stir, and eventually his bright blue eyes are fluttering open. He sees me and smiles.

"Good morning, Branch." I say in a slight whisper.

"Good morning, Poppy. What's on the to do list today?"

"Well, first I was planning on cuddling with the best husband in the world. Then, eating breakfast with the best husband in the world. Then, we have to go to Aria's birthday party. And finally, we come back here and do some more cuddling. So, what do you think of today's plans?"

"I think it's a perfect agenda. So, shall we start the first thing on the list?"

I smile at him before responding.

"We shall!"

I move closer to him, letting his arms wrap around my waist. I smile at him. He leans in, and I do too. Our lips meet, and I smile, so happy that my life is finally normal again.

No one's POV:(a few hours later)
Poppy and Branch make their way to the center of pop village, where Aria's 1st birthday party is being held. Poppy scans the crowd, and soon spots Viva fixing something at the food table. She quietly sneaks up behind her before tapping her shoulder.

"Viva!"

Viva turns around and smiles at her sister.

"Poppy!"

They both start jumping up and down before giving one another a hug.

"So, where's the birthday girl?" Poppy asks.

"She's over there in the ball pit with the other trollings, but I'll get her. Aria, come say hi to Aunt Poppy!"

Poppy watches in awe as Aria slowly walks over to Viva. She picks her up before turning her to face Poppy.

"Ari, do you wanna say something to your auntie?" Viva asks while gently bouncing her back and forth.

"Hi." She says in the tiniest baby voice. Poppy gushes at her adorable niece.

"Is it okay if I hold her for a minute?" Poppy asks.

"Of course! You are her aunt."

Viva slowly hands Aria to Poppy, and she starts bouncing her just like Viva was doing.

"Wow, sis. You're a real natural at this. Actually, would you mind watching her for a little while I make sure her cake is ready for later?"

"Sure. Ari, is it okay if you hang out with me for a little while?"

Aria nods her head in the most adorable way.

"I'll take that as a yes. Okay, I'll see you later, Viv. Right now, I'm gonna go find my husband."

"Same. See you, Poppy!" Viva then starts yelling at someone in Spanish. Poppy laughs before looking at Aria.

"Now, let's go find your uncle." Poppy smiles before carrying Aria around, looking for Branch.

A little while later (after Poppy found Branch) it's time for Aria's cake. Branch's brothers walk out carrying a huge cake shaped like a princess castle. They lay it down on the table in front of Aria, and everyone begins to sing.

"Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday dear Aria
Happy birthday to you"

Everyone cheers before Viva and Clay blow out the candles for Aria.

"Happy birthday, princess." Clay says before picking up Aria. She giggles as Clay tickles her a little bit.

Poppy and Branch smile at them before thinking the same thing separately.

What would it be like if we had kids?

They then laugh to themselves, because they knew that was never gonna happen. Everyone from all of the tribes start dancing, having fun and enjoying each other's company. Suddenly, we see a troll up above everyone, looking down with binoculars. The troll runs away to a different village. He runs to a castle of some sort, and bows down to a queen.

"Queen Jazzy, you were right. All of the other tribes are together."

The Queen sitting on the throne smiles evily before speaking. (Queen Jazzy is going to be played by Blake Lively)

"Perfect. Our plan will begin very shortly. Soon, every single one of the trolls will bow down to us, the Jazz trolls!!"

Queen Jazzy laughs maniacally, and then, an evil grin spreads across her face.
