THE GREAT MAGE

EXAMINATION

        In the morning, I took a shower and willed for the box to appear and it did, I met the beast who was awake and asked it questions like who is it and where did it come from. The reply given was that it was from another planet and was reborn into the crystal and was told that the first person to open the crystal would be my master. I left the box's dimension and took my bath, brush my teeth and wore a golden colored coat and trousers. I did not know why snow was falling today.

       My mother took the day off and my brother's school is on holiday so he was at home, my mother,me and my brother had a breakfast of noodles and orange juice, my mother ushered I and my brother into the car and she drove to the venue of the examination. They would be an audience and watch my results the test of my element. My mother drove carefully and when she reached the venue, she parked the car in the parking lot and we alighted the car.

        As we alighted the car, I saw a person that I do not want to see and immediately I set my eyes on him, my mood just got sour. The person is no other than Richard. He looked at me with  one of his evil eyes and went into the hall where the examination would take place. I did not bother to mind him and I and my family entered the venue. Richard went to a woman and showed him a document on his phone that he registered for the examination and the woman gave him a tiny paper.

        After the woman had finished attending to Richard, I approached her and showed her the document that I registered for the examination and she gave me a number written on a tiny paper, the number is number 025.After a while, everyone who had registered for the examination had met the lady, a man who has red hair and red eyes stood on a podium while holding a microphone said,
"Numbers are going to be called from muber one to one hundred,if your number is called , enter that room".
The man pointed to a red coloured door which is a door to the room.

        Numbers are been called by the man from number one and Richard was  number twenty-four and after he was done, the man called number twenty-five and I entered the door, I saw an old man who asked me to close my eyes and clear my mind. I did as I was told and after a while the man asked me to leave the room. I left the room thinking if I could not have element.

        After the man had finished calling the number hundredth person,The man then said,
"Check your name and your number on that screen which the result are going to be shown in a minute".He pointed to a very large black screen that the result are going to be shown. After a minute the black screen lit up and the results were shown. When I checked my number which is number twenty-five and my name, I saw a shocking result, I am a six elemental manipulator with elements of air, water, earth, light, dark and lightening.

        I was shocked because I did not knew that there were elemental manipulator apart from the three elemental manipulator that I knew, I was a bit angry because of why the results were not private but public, I unconsciously looked at Richard's result and saw that he was a solo elemental manipulator. I saw him nearby and he gave me his evil eye and I laughed internally, "It seems you did not see your results, when you do compare it with mine"
I said to him.

        I met my parents and we rejoiced about my results and we heard the man speak" Congratulations to the seventy who passed, the people that passed should come here next week for the second round. I and my family alighted the car and my mother drove home, while she was driving, she said,
"This test is not an ordinary elements test but also mental test, the showed the result in public to make those with higher who have higher elemental manipulation to feel proud and become lazy and those with lower elemental manipulation to work hard.

        I hope you use this to your advantage and your dad's training objects to your advantage. I nodded and we reached home before eating and we all slept because we spend most of the time at the venue and it was night already.
