It all began when the world came to its end. In a school lab was some kids doing some science projects and one among them was the leader of the group, a boy in a white lab coat and his green leek hair that defined gravity it self was carefully placing containers that had a clear liquid on his project. So focused he didn’t care about the world around him but that soon stopped once the door slammed open from the side, revealing another teen in uniform with slightly spiky brown hair and the face of determination showed clear on his face. “LISTEN UP SENKU!! There’s no stopping me! It’s gotta be today!! After 5 long years of having feelings for Yuzuriha… I’m finally gonna confess my love”
the entire lab gasped looking shocked at none other than Taiju as he approaches his friend who was still focused on his work. “HM Interesting… VErrry Interesting. I’ll be cheering for you so hard from here in the science lab that my vocal cords will snap.” he places the last jar on his device as he looked at his friend still with no emotion place on his face, his friend however was already excited and looked at him cheerfully “OH yeah? Thanks Senku!!” he shouted but his friend would just raise one his hands to stick it in his left ear seeming slightly annoyed as he looked at his friend at a glance. “Silence. I won’t cheer even one millimeter for you. You big OAF.”
Senku would explain himself making his friends happy face deflate with disappointment “What oh come on make up your mind!” he whine to his friend which Senku only ignored and focused more what he would do next which was looking for the flask he maid long a go that had a clear liquid. “A fool who takes five whole years to say anything is the epitome of absurdity. Allow me to provide a method so rational it’ll kill you.”
Finding exactly what he needed he chuckled lightly then glance at Taiju once again with his mad science gaze as he pull out the flask he wanted showing it off to him along with others in the room. “This will send your pheromone production into overdrive. Basically, it’s a love potion. Your success is ten billion percent assured if you drink this!” Senku would hand the flask to his friend as he took it and look at it as if he was thinking for a bit but then poor the liquid down the drain and set the flask down then look back at his friend still with determination.
“Thanks, Senku but … no thanks! I can’t go and cheat my way into her heart.” With that being said Taiju would then head out to meet with his crush leaving his friend to see him as he left, but one guy in the lab looked amazed and also tempted along with another behind him given some liquid was still left on the sink “Was that really a love potion, Senku…?” he just had to ask as Senku just lights a match and toss it on the sink with out a care as it bust into flames scaring everyone making them step back “Of course not. It’s just ordinary gasoline. I produced it from plastic bottle caps. Just think about the atomic structure of polyurethane, you fools! It’s merely long gasoline molecules chopped up by a few hydrocarbons. Simple enough to understand.”
As Senku explain things to his lab mate’s some them looked at him as if he really did lost his mind but was still amazed how brilliant he was “So Taiju would’ve died if he drank it?” asked one the lab members as Senku chuckled light as he glance at the rest the guys. “Heh heh… I was 10 billion percent sure he wouldn’t drink it. He’s an honest fool.” Senku replied to them all as he kept working on his invention, another part the school was a girl with black hair smiling with her friends as she enjoy there company.
There laughter wasn’t loud but it was loud enough to let anyone know there location. The girl and her friends were even talking about maybe enjoying a bit of fun, a movie then maybe heading to the book store at the black hair girls request given she wanted some new reading materials, with a plan in mind as they each walked out to enjoy there day before they could even step out or get near the schools gate they all stopped as there sights looked at the sky seeing a bright green light both out of fear and amazement with wonder was her thoughts rang inside her head before everything turn black.
“What is this?... What’s going on.” Her thoughts where the only thing that maid her know she was still alive even in the darkness she didn’t felt cold or nothing at all. “this has to be something behind this. There has to be a logical explanation for all of this. But why… why did this happen.” Rina thoughts rang loudly unaware that time keeps going changing and evolving back to how it was millions of years ago. As time keeps passing by all Rina could do was think and use her memory as a form of entertainment at least to keep her mind awake.
Every book she read everything she learned since little and at school every idea experiments she once done even if some end in failure… she remembered it all every last thing till it was repeated till it seem she could remember every last detail of her memory along with the voices of her loved ones. “I can remember everything now even counted to try and keep track on what day it is… I keep replaying the memory in my head that seems I’m watching a movie of my life. How long has it been now or more to the fact how long will I be stuck like this.” She thought to her self as she keep wondering the possibility from outside this darkness, unaware that soon her life style would change.
As she was thinking once again about her life something new happen, a crackling sound was heard and from that point on light showed once again. Braking free from the stone husk did she gasp to take in some air for the very first time for the longest time she waited, her eyes a adjusted as she saw the forest. Her eyes focused on everything and listen to every sound did she felt the urge to shout to the heavens out joy knowing she was finally free.
Must she wanted she was more curious as to why her entire body was covered in stone fragments and not only that she was completely naked!
Taking another look around her she could tell given her last memory that she was not even near her school. That and the air quality is different from how it was back then it smelled more clean and clear. Getting up carefully as she make sure to take the stone off her she felt odd on one spot in particular. As she carefully felt the cracks in her body but was still puzzled “how odd… like I’m a china doll but I can still feel human. There has to be a reason for this?” she question to her self but looked around to see what she could use to cover her self with?
Last thing she wanted would be knowing she’s not alone and to be seen naked… now that would be mortifying. As she found some material to cover her self she also heard a shout not far from where she is as she looked behind her what she could guess was the other side the cave. Walking around she was right as she saw a fainted figure walking into the forest as she followed suit, time she arrived near the person he already done a grass skirt for himself.
“hello. Seems I’m not the only one.” “OH WHAT THE!!! Wait hold on only one you mean … how long have you been awake.” Asked Taiju as he looked at the female “Only about a few minutes… I heard you yell and came over to see who else was awake besides me… but looking around I guess were the only ones for now… unless there’s someone else.” As both looked around it really did seem it was just them for now.
“it be best we stay together, safety in numbers and all.” The girl agreed with the boy as they started to walk in a direction he seem to want to go too but looked at her and gave a big smile “My name is Taiju what’s yours?” “My name is Rina, its nice to meet you Taiju.”
