"Are you almost ready Beomgyu?!" Beomgyu heard his roommate Yeonjun yell out to him.

"Yeah! Just give me one second!" Beomgyu yelled back.

Him and Yeonjun were invited by a few of their friends, Taehyun, Soobin, and Huening Kai, to go and hangout at a bar for a little while.

Beomgyu wasn't a huge fan of bars. They were way too loud and he wasn't a big drinker, but he was convinced to go since Soobin was going to be there.

Beomgyu had always had a huge crush on Soobin ever since they had become friends a few years ago. He was almost certain Soobin liked him too, due to them constantly flirting, but Beomgyu was too afraid since he had a secret; he was trans.

He had no idea how Soobin would react knowing that, and was too afraid to find out since he really didn't want to ruin their friendship.

He didn't think Soobin would want to date someone like him.

Beomgyu walked out of his room and went to the front door where Yeonjun was standing.

"Took you long enough" Yeonjun said, rolling his eyes in annoyance.

"Whatever, let's just go and get this over with" Beomgyu replied back.

Yeonjun gave Beomgyu a concerned look, "I thought you wanted to go, isn't your hot crush Soobin gonna be there?"

Beomgyu blushed lightly at Yeonjun's comment, "Shut up! We're just friends, he doesn't like me like that"

"Yeah sure, whatever you say" Yeonjun smiled and laughed before walking out the front door, Beomgyu following behind.

Beomgyu and Yeonjun arrived at the bar and walked inside. They were immediately greeted by loud music and people dancing.

They searched around for a second before spotting their friends sitting at a table, waving them over

"Hey guys!" Huening Kai said excitedly, quickly standing up to hug both Beomgyu and Yeonjun.

They all greeted each other until Beomgyu's eyes eventually locked onto Soobin. "Hey Beomgyu, why don't you come sit next to me?" Soobin smiled, moving over slightly so Beomgyu could sit.

"Oh! Okay" Beomgyu agreed and sat down, already feeling flustered being this close to him.

They all were talking and laughing but Beomgyu could barely focus since him and Soobin were extremely close due to the small space.

After a little bit, the three of them got up to go dance, leaving Beomgyu and Soobin alone.

Neither of them said anything for a moment, feeling a little awkward. They usually never hung out alone, it was always with at least one other person, so whenever they were alone together it was a bit awkward.

Beomgyu tried to break the silence after a minute or so, "So hey, um, Soobin.. did you watch that show I recommended?"

Soobin laughed slightly before answering, "I watched a few episodes, it's pretty good I have to admit."

The two began talking about that until Soobin did something unexpected.

"Yeah I know! And then when the..." Beomgyu immediately stopped talking when he felt Soobin's hand gently place down onto his thigh.
