This chappy was planned forever ago, I just had to wait for the other story to catch up to have it happen. So now, we link up 'The One that Never left' To Fables.And no, its not a copy paste both sides are different to a point XD
It was a quiet day indoor type day, rain was coming down heavily outside.
Fable yawned pulling the blanket closer, a bit cold from the rather damp cold air. Corruption was curled up in his arms, there false fur warm against him.
"You look like your ready for a nap" Chronos said, from where he was making hot chocolate for both of them.
"Nap would be nice" Fable said yawning again.
"I was napping till you talked" Corruption said grumpily.
"You nap all the time" Fable protested.
"I know" came the smug reply, Chronos snorted amused.
The two began to argue, which was amusing as they shared an existence with one anther.
"By the way, your wings?" Chronos asked, knowing that they seemed a bit different. Fable brightened, and flapped them proudly.
"The three of us, figured out who to create a shield on them" Fable chirped excitedly "We can't do it all the time yet though" That last part was said with a pout.
"You'll get there, but it does mean one thing" Chronos said eyes sparkling.
"What?" Fable asked wiggling where he saw excitedly, he was such an adorable babybones.
The child's shriek filled the air as Chronos picked him up and tickled him, laughter soon following. Then Chronos hugged him, not worrying about accidentally touching there wings/extended soul.
"Your the best" Fable said as they stopped, his tiny head leaning against his Guardians chest.
"Your the best too kid" Chronos smiled.
Of course at that moment, the roof caved in by the front door.
Chrono's stared, Fable stared.
"I have a ten on aliens" Corruption said from under a table, where he'd been hiding since Chronos picked up Fable.
"Its a spaceship!!" Fable squealed.
"Aliens" Corruption cackled, revealing somewhere in life the Nightmare after the apples had become interested in aliens.
"Its a capsule of some sort" Chronos said, he put Fable down and had him hide in the kitchen with Corruption. Then, and only then did he head towards the capsule and the ruins of that part of the house.
Moments later he swore, and used blue magic to pull the capsule from the rubble.
"Chronos?" Fable asked worriedly.
"Stay there Fable" he said worriedly, quickly prying at the device.
A child was inside in unconscious.
Finally it opened with a hiss of air, the babybones stirred as soon as he did.
"Mama? Daddy?" called a tired fragile voice, tiny eye lights stared at Chronos darting around looking for said parents.
"I'm.. sorry" Chronos said, realizing whoever they were they were likely dead.
The babybones wailed in grief.

Fable had only seen there new guest twice, once when Chrono's opened the capsule. A spaceship so cool!
