I started the day with new enthusiasm and dove into the new project with my team. While we were in the midst of the discussion, Sir's secretary Kriti announced that Sir had summoned all the employees to the auditorium room. We were taken aback by this unexpected announcement and promptly made our way to the auditorium. Like me, other employees in the office also looked confused because no one knew about this meeting. Even Sir's personal secretary Kriti was unaware of this emergency meeting.
After some time, Sir came into the auditorium and made a very worrying announcement. Upon hearing it, confusion, nervousness, and fear were visible on our faces.
Sir informed us that from today onwards, the company would be managed by someone else. He stated that he had reached a point in his life where he wanted to live in peace, free from the tensions of business and office, and thus there would be a change in leadership. However, the question of who would take over the company arose, as there was no apparent heir to Sir. It seemed that Sir understood our confusion, as he then introduced the new Managing Director of the company, none other than Randhir Singh Shekhawat.
For those who may not know, Randhir Shekhawat is a prominent businessman who has achieved significant success, not only in India but also in foreign countries. It was a great fortune for me to have the opportunity to work under him. People strive to work in his company, but he has come to take over our company.
Randhir sir delivered a very confident and enthusiastic speech. It filled us all with new energy to work, but at the same time, we were sad that we would no longer be able to work under our old leader. He always treated this company like a family and considered all of us part of that family. Well, this is the rule of life that people come and go, and whatever happens in the end happens for the good.
