A week after their lowkey wedding, Sab and Gabriel flew back home. Sab's short break was over, and she had to return to work. Gabriel requested a week off, his production agreed, filming a few scenes without him in the meantime.
News of their quiet wedding quickly made the rounds. Both families were surprised, happy, but a little hurt they hadn't been there to witness it.
To make things right, Sab and Gabriel arranged a private lunch at a quiet restaurant with both their parents. Over the meal, they shared everything, the decision, the moment.
Gabriel gently reached across the table and took Sab's hand. They exchanged a quiet smile.
"We're happy for you both," Sab's mom said warmly.
"We just wish we could've been there," Gabriel's mom added with a soft sigh.
"Don't worry, Moms," Sab said with a smile. "We've talked about it, we're doing it again. This time, with all of you there."
"Oh, thank God," Sab's dad said, relieved.
"If we're still not invited, we might have to stage a meltdown," Gabriel's dad joked, making everyone laugh.
"When are you planning it?" Sab's mom asked.
"In two years," Gabriel replied with a grin.
"Well, that's a long wait," his mom said, raising an eyebrow playfully.
They spent the evening reminiscing, laughing, and listenin, sharing stories.

Later, back at their place, Gabriel walked through the front door and looked around with a sigh of contentment.
"Oh, I missed this place," he said. Then turned to Sab, eyes lighting up. "Can we visit the cats at Emily's tomorrow?"
"Sure, baby," she smiled.
He walked over, slipped his arms around her shoulders, and looked at her, full of affection.
"I still can't believe you're my wife now, pretty girl."
"Me too. Who would've thought?" Sab said, narrowing her eyes at him playfully. "I used to hate your ego and your entire existence. And now? I'm your wife? What did you do to me?"
Gabriel grinned. "Oh, nothing. Just a little love potion I picked up at the fish market."
"I knew it. Get off me." She shoved him gently, and they both burst into laughter.
He leaned in and kissed her. Sab kissed him back, and the moment carried them into the bedroom.
Later that evening, Sab woke up before him. She laid still for a second, watching Gabriel sleep peacefully, then quietly got up to make dinner.
Once the food was ready, she returned to the bedroom and gently nudged him.
"Babe, get up," she said, planting a soft kiss on his nose.
Gabriel stirred and caught her hand before she could move away. "Hug," he mumbled sleepily.
She chuckled and leaned down, wrapping her arms around him. They held each other in the warmth of the moment, lingering for a while before she pulled back.
"Come on, sleepyhead. We're meeting your sister and my friends. You gotta eat first."
He opened one eye. "One second."
She laughed and walked out. "Okay, but the food's gonna get cold!"
A few minutes later, he dragged himself out of bed, washed up, and joined her in the kitchen. As he sat down, Sab slid into the seat beside him.
"I'm the luckiest," he said, pressing a kiss to her forehead.
Sab smiled. "Hell yes you are. Now come on, taste it! It's my first time making this dish. I even vlogged it. I need your honest reaction."
Gabriel raised an eyebrow, then looked into the camera she had set up and gave a teasing smirk. He took a bite, chewed thoughtfully, and then his eyes widened.
"Oh my God, this is the best meal I've ever had."
Sab paused the camera. "You mean that? You're not just saying it because I'm your wife?"
"I absolutely mean it. And not just because you're my wife. Though...my wife... I love calling you that."
She laughed softly. "And I love hearing you say it."
They shared a smile, then ate together, talking and laughing like they always had but now as husband and wife.
