Arendelle Castle, Kingdom of Arendelle. February 26, 1878.
After placing one of the boxes of belongings and important documents in the top of the desk, Michiro brought his gaze around his new office in the castle on his new job as the Queen's Military Advisor. The office was quite dark, small, dirty, and cramped yet little bit bigger than his previous office as a diplomat at the Japanese Embassy with a large windows and large cotton white curtain, bookshelves and cabinets placed in most of the corners with a two chairs facing each in the front of the desk, small white cushion sofa and a small wooden coffee table in between.
It was very evident on the current appearance of the room how the military staffs of Arendelle Royal Forces looked down on him despite of his achievements and victories in different war which was far greater than they had reach even all their lives combined. Letting out a sight and not bothering himself with it, Michiro brought his eyes and hands into the box and opened it, revealing the cleaning agents and utensils it contained as he had expected that he would gonna have a dirty filthy place as his office since from the start.
Taking his coat off and placed it into the backrest of his chair in the desk, Michiro pulled out a towel from the box and headed his way into the empty and dusty empty shelf, wiping off the dust covered into its surface as he began cleaning the whole place.
Opening the door of the office, Elsa entered inside and closed the door behind of her. Having a sight of Michiro making himself busy on cleaning the chamber, the blonde haired lady immediately left frozen on her place with her eyes widened in shock and disbelief.
"Michiro, what are you doing?" Elsa asked in surprised concerned manner, causing for Michiro to stopped from cleaning and left the towel he was holding on the self before darting his gaze into her.
"You know it's rude not knock into the door before entering." Michiro uttered in his usual cold stoic manner, causing for Elsa to quickly brought her gaze into the floor with her cheeks immediately covered on red and heart skipped a beat in embarrassment.
"I'm sorry about that." Elsa uttered on deep sincere manner while starting to fidget her fingers against each other, causing for Michiro huff and roll his eyes in return.
"No need of it. This is your castle after all. You had the right to access any places here." Michiro replied. Taking a deep breath and letting out a sigh, Elsa recomposed herself into her usual royal matured pose as she brought her gaze back into him.
"By the way, can I ask you why are you cleaning this room on your own? You could call the servants to do it instead." Elsa asked.
"Why would I if I could do it on my own? Not to say that I would give trouble to your servants if I ordered them around. It's not like I'm someone who could boss them all I want." Michiro replied as he headed back into the shelf and took the towel, making himself busy on wiping it on the shelf's dusty surface again.
"Well if that's your problem, I will give you power here in my castle then. Take that as a special priviledge as my military advisor." Elsa uttered with her lips curved into a bright elegant smile. Hearing the words she had said, Michiro immediately stopped from wiping the shelf and looked at her with his gaze turned into cold stern one.
"Hey you idiot. It doesn't mean you are a queen or I'm your damn military advisor, you'll gonna give me an authority in here. Yes, it is true that the servants are the one that should clean this room for me but I'm not an aristocratic bullshit like you who likes to boss them around. As far as I could, I prefer doing this on my own." Michiro replied in sharp serious one as he brought his gaze on the shelf again and held the towel again, continued to clean the furniture. Knowing that she could not change his mind no matter what kind of arguement she may present, Elsa simply let out a heavy sigh in submission.
