Arisia

I opened my eyes tiredly. Well, I'm still alive...

And breathing.

That is a good thing, I guess.

Seems that even though I already experienced death once, I still cling so dearly to life.

"Xiva?" I spoke and just as I expected, my mecha did not respond.

I sighed in regret and pain. Xiva is my companion. It hurts to know that the one who always accompanies me in wars, perished.

It was like seeing a comrade falling into the zerg's claws.

With my trembling right hand, I tapped the capsule door with three long and three short frequencies.

The door slowly opened and the white smoke inside rushed out.

The gland on my nape ached in pain as I inhaled various pheromones in the air.

Did I land on an habitable and civilized planet? Is the rescue here?

I dazedly thought as I stopped my pheromones from leaking.

My pheromones are classified as a 3-S category, the strongest type of pheromones in the Galactic Empire of Jolk.

Any alphas who inhaled my scent will either be scared or submit; Betas will be confused and dazed; and Omegas might immediately go into heat upon a sniff.

It's important for a soldier of my caliber to prevent any leaks of pheromones. Or disaster will strike.

I don't want to scare my rescuers. I thought in consideration and suppressed the irrability in my glands.

My whole body felt like it had travelled back to the days where I was being trained(beaten) by my military instructors.

I felt numb and it was as if my body has been frozen for long.

As I struggled to sit down on the capsule, I noticed something.

Where the fuck is this?

The sight that fell into my eyes is a huge room filled with antique decorations.

Not to the sense that the place is old, but the vibes are screaming old aesthetic.

I have been living in an advanced technological society for 35 years and this room feels like I got back from my previous life living in the 21st century.

It was the feeling of being around a new environment so much that when you came back to your original place, it felt weird. That's what I'm feeling right now.
