"This is the latest report from that region. It seems that the mayor is doing his job pretty good." I looked at the reports Mingyu gave me.
"They are working on the royal farms?"
"Your highness! As you said we found people who didn't have a farm of their own and separated them from the ones who had. We then gave them farms and will take half of their goods instead of their tax. In that case they won't be bullied by the nobles and also can work. What we found most of the beggers there used to be farmers and now that they have a decent earning they can take care of their families better." Seungcheol nodded his head looking through the reports again.

"This is all cause of our smart prime minister!" The tax minister said and chuckled. Seungcheol looked at the old man.
"Minister Hwang!" He smiled.
"Your highness I must admit I was one of the ones against the idea of you being the prime minister ae you were so young but now looking at the 8 years you've been the prime minister the country surely has made lots of progresses and people are happier and more satisfied." Seungcheol smiles and bowed his head.
"I couldn't do these if you weren't beside me helping in all these tasks. Also I've learned alot from you and am always trying to learn."

"Your highness we here must learn from you!" The other minister said smiling.
"Eventhough there is something suspicious!" Everyone looked at the welfare minister. He tilted his head and narrowed his eyes.
"What is this minister Kim?" He looked at Seungcheol.
"Haven't you noticed? First it was about ummm.....let me think 7 years ago oh yeah! Suddenly our prime minsiter became way better than the way he already was and then.....it was four years ago yeah?" Everyone laughed.
"Seriously prince Seungcheol what magic happened in this two times?" Seungcheol chuckled shaking his head. He sighed deeply and smiled!

"Well....two precious angels happened in my life!" He said and bit his bottom lip.
"The two of them surely have a big effect in me and making me to do better and better."
"Ah why do I feel you've snatched one of them from someone else?" He chuckles upon hearing his father in law.
"I didn't snatch him from anyone!"
"Is that so?"
"He was destinied to be mine!" He said giving a smile causing minister Yoon to chuckle.

"So this is the end of the meeting! Minister Hwang I want you to make a report of the expecting budget for the next year and also about the taxes and the amount of them. Minister Kim I want the exact amount of the herbs salt and grains used this year."
"Yes your highness!"
"We must think about the crown prince's crown ceremony as well!" Seungcheol looked at his father in law.
"He is 9 and have been presented as an alpha."
"It is true but he won't be a complete alpha till he gets 18 and have his first rut!" The second consoler said.
"It is true! Also we haven't prepared the mate choosing ceremony. He doesn't have a mate! Our King also didn't have any ceremony before when he got 18 and mated the late great prince." Upon hearing that Seungcheol swallowed and hit his bottom lip.

"I know but it is what the King has asked me!" Everyone got shocked hearing what minister Yoon said but it was more of a shocking news for Seungcheol. The King would tell him almost everything how he didn't tell about this mostly now that he is the crown prince's teacher!

"Is this right minister Yoon?" Seungcheol asked looking at his father in law who nodded.
"It is what our King told me and asked me to tell you! He wants this ceremomy to be held. Also about crown prince's mate he told me that not any mate choosing will happen not now and not in the future!" Seungcheol narrowed his eyes.

"Not any maye choosing cermeony? What that supposed to mean?"
"Minister Seo's right! How come the crown prince can find his mate without seeing all of the omegas an-"
"The King himself will take care of this matter! It is what he told me." Minister Yoon said looking at his son in law. He then smiled!
