Dean:
Any kind of fast food place, really. Your both simpletons. A burger with a side of fries and a drink. Romantic, huh?
Sam:
Subway. Sam likes to eat healthy, and you're not really fond of it, but hey, you can never go wrong sharing a foot long sub.
Castiel:
Castiel doesn't eat, so you two don't go out to eat. Instead you order pizza, stay at home, cuddle while watching movies. Maybe if you're lucky, your pizza delivery man might make a special delivery.
Crowley:
He takes you to hell, where he forces a demon to make exquisite food for you. Crowley loves to spoil you and doesn't want you eating just anything.
Lucifer:
Lucifer's not much of a "going out to dinner" type of guy, but he's willing to take you anywhere to eat, especially a fancy restaurant. He loves seeing you in a nice fancy dress.
Balthazar:
Balthazar doesn't believe in "eating out." Balthazar cooks every night for you, and prepares a fancy feast. Any kind of food, you name it, Balthazar will cook it for you.
Gabriel:
Gabriel maybe cheap, and a sex machine, but will do anything to treat you like a princess. Every Friday night he reserves a table so you two could go eat, and dine with the fancy. A simple dinner would suffice for you, but for Gabe, he thinks you deserve the best.
