*Author's Note: Okay, before I start this imagine, I just want to say this whole Carter and Maggie situation is a little bit blown out of proportion. I mean people do this all the time and no one says anything, but as soon as a celebrity does it, it becomes such a big deal. I understand that it was wrong, I just feel like everyone shouldn't bash him, people and even some celebrities do worse things than that. Anyways, this imagine is going to take place after his court verdict. I hope you guys enjoy it. :)*

You have been dating Carter for a few months now. You guys are currently at the courthouse waiting for the verdict on his rape charge

*YOUR POV*
You're shaking, rocking back and forth just waiting for the judge to announce the verdict. You can see Maggie from across the courtroom and you mouth "I'm sorry that he hurt you." She mouths back "It's ok, it's not your fault." The judge comes out and Carter and Maggie stand up. " The jury has decided in the case Reynolds v. Lindmann, the jury finds the defendant Mr. Carter Reynolds not guilty on account of rape." *A/N: sorry * You breathed a sigh of relief but felt bad that Carter got away with rape. You walked over to Maggie and gave her hug. While you were pulling away she whispered in your ear, "Don't let him trick you into doing anything." You backed away nodding your head already knowing that was too late.

*CARTER'S POV*
God is so good to me! I have gotten away with not one but two rapes ! I feel like a boss criminal like Al Capone or Jack The Ripper. I know what I did was wrong, but when your girl refuses to give you what you want, any way to get it is to be used. I see y/n walking towards me and she looks confused. "Hey baby," I say expecting a kiss from her. "Hi Carter," she says with no emotion. "What's wrong with you," I ask. "I'm just upset that Maggie still feels used. It's not fair that you didn't even get some type of punishment," she says looking down. I grab y/n's wrist tightly and pull her in to me. "Listen to me bitch, you and that useless slut should be grateful that I didn't hurt you guys. I just got away with a crime and you're not even happy for me?!?! Oh, when we get home, you better be ready for you punishment," I say with a smirk on my face. I pull y/n's arm and we leave the courthouse.

*YOUR POV*
You get out of the car and walk into the condo by yourself to get ready for your punishment. You walk into the bedroom and get undressed. You lay down on the bed face down and wait for Carter to come in. *5 minutes later* Cater comes in and you already know what's in his hand. A whip. "So, you aren't happy that I got away with raping that slut? I'm going to make you happy for me," Carter says. And with that, he hits you with the whip. Hitting you in between every word. "Are. You. Happy. For. Me. Now. Bitch. Are. You. Happy. For. Me. Now. You. Dirty. Slut. Are. You. Fucking. Happy. For. Me. You. Useless. Piece. Of. Trash". You start whimpering realizing you made another mistake. "Are you crying?!?! Are you seriously crying right now?!?! Now you're really gonna get it," Carter says now applying more force to each hit. After 15 minutes of continuous hitting, he finally stops. You get dressed into a pair of sweatpants and a T-shirt. Carter falls asleep and you realize your chance to finally go and tell someone.

*MAGGIE'S POV*
In scrolling through my Twitter feed when suddenly there's a knock on my door. I open it and I see that it's y/n. "Hey y/n,come in," I say motioning her to come in. "What's up". By the look on her face I can tell something is wrong. "What happened y/n? Did you and Carter break up," I ask. She shakes her head. I see her trying to say something but instead she bursts out in tears. "Y/n, you know you can tell me anything right? What happened between you and Carter," I ask this time with concern. She turns around and shows me her back. I gasp in shock. It's all red and bruised. "Did Carter hit you?" She nods her head and explains the story. By the end, we're both crying. "We have to go to the police y/n. He can't get away with this anymore." She shakes her head vigorously. "Why not? He's a criminal!". " He's gonna hurt not only me but the both of us. I could already be in trouble just by being over here. I'm sorry but we can't," she says getting up. "Are you just going to let this continue forever? What if the hitting gets you injured or even worse, killed? It's going to be too late by then. You need to say something now," I tell her. "Ok, let's go," she says.

*PROLOGUE*
You and Maggie went to the police station and the police arrested Carter on three charges of rape and one charge of abuse. A few months later, Carter is found guilty and is sentenced to 25 years in prison and life under probation. You and Maggie both got your justice. A year later, you start dating Matt Espinosa and you couldn't be happier.
