The first week of school quickly ended, the weekend came, and Hana was still determined that something was wrong with Asahi and she must find out the secret behind Asahi's strange behavior.
It's nine o'clock in the evening, it's cold outside, and Hana and her mother are preparing the dinner table. The doorbell rang. The Asahi family arrived, and then Hana opened the door.
(Hello, how are you, dear Hannah?) She smiled and hugged Hannah
(Hello, welcome, aunt. How are you?) Hana seemed excited and happy. The Asahi family were not only neighbors, but they were like family.
Asahi's mother replied, "Fine, my little one."
(Won't Uncle come too?) Hannah asked.
Asahi's mother replied, "Oh my dear, actually he works very late, so he won't come. Just tell me to send his regards."
(Well, send our greetings to him as well) and she smiled broadly.
(Of course, my dear.)
Hana greeted Asahi. He responded with coldness on his pale white face, "Hello." Then he entered. His mother sighed with some sadness as she looked at him, and Hana noticed that.
Hannah's mother welcomed them, and she was very happy to meet her best friend after a very long time.
It is said that time passes very quickly when we are with those we love. This is how time passed very quickly while my mother and Aunt Natsumi were talking and laughing. As for me, I went out to the garden of the house with Asahi. Asahi was holding a blue ball in his hand, but I did not notice it at first, but when Asahi dropped it, I noticed it. Finally, I tell you that I was so surprised that I screamed in surprise at poor Asahi, who was terrified because of me.
-This ball! Oh my God, you still have it!!
He looked at me with a look of incomprehension and question marks surrounding his blond head, then I took him by the hand and started dragging him to the warehouse.
You will understand why I took it to the warehouse; Because I own an exact copy of the ball, I kept it in the warehouse for fear of losing it. It was a very valuable gift from Asahi. The ball was a crystal ball inside of which was something resembling space in blue, as if the stars and all of space were inside this small blue ball. These two balls were like a bond between us.
Here!!! I opened the warehouse door and ran towards one of the boxes , and took out the blue crystal ball.
In fact, Asahi did not show any reaction. He was just looking at the ball in my hand and then at the ball in his hand with amazement.
What is this? I don't understand anything. What's wrong with Asahi? I said, explaining to him, "You gave me this ball as a gift to me when we were children. Don't worry... Mmmm, let's go out. I'll show you my drawing room." Of course he didn't say anything, and I felt like he had a lot of questions and I also had a lot of questions.
Hana took Asahi to her drawing room, and Asahi looked at the paintings silently, and noticed one of the paintings.
He said: (This painting!) and pointed towards it.
-Yes, ahh, this painting. We painted it together too. I couldn't leave it anywhere else. It is an important memory.
"An important memory," Asahi whispered. Then Asahi lost his balance for a moment, and Hana ran towards him.
-Are you well ?
(Yes, yes, fine. Can I take a picture of this painting?)
-I said to myself (why this question suddenly?)... and I said to him (yes...yes you can)
Asahi took a picture of the painting and left, and my head was exploding with so many questions.
Asahi and his mother left, and as you know, Hana is still thinking, her mind full of questions, and Asahi's too.
Asahi returned home and went straight into his room without saying anything to his mother. He sat on his bed and started thinking from the ball to the plate. Was she really my childhood friend?..and were we really playing together and drawing together? Why can't I remember anything? Why!
The only memory I know and will always remember is this blue crystal ball.) He looked at a picture of himself and Hannah when they were children.
