His grin stretched wider when he got a look at my colorless face. It was easy to tell that this guy loved the tormented expression I was giving him. He was smirking at me in all of his sexiness and it was annoying. I gave them another forced smile before turning on my heels and pushing the cart back.

I didn't notice how fast I was going until I got a glimpse of Avery's confused expression. "Why the rush? You look like you've seen a ghost," she said, taking in my facial expression. "Oh I wish that was the case," I said while looking back in the direction of the table.

"Hel, What's wrong?" Avery asked before placing her hands firmly on my shoulders and looking into my eyes, blocking my view from the table. I stared at her long and hard before sighing with defeat. "Fine. remember when I was in such a rush to get home last night," I started and she nodded her head. "Well, that was because I kissed a guy."

Her mouth fell open as her eyes widened. "Whaaaat? Helen? Kissing a guy? Who isn't Evan?" She said as though it was the most surprising thing in the world. I rolled my eyes and she let out a small chuckle. "Anyway, the guy that I kissed," I started before looking over her shoulder and pointing. "Is right over there."

Her mouth formed a 'o' as she looked back at the table before back at me. "Well. What if he doesn't remember you. I mean it was pretty dark in the club and everyone was pretty drunk," she said, giving me a sympathetic look. "Oh he remembers alright," I said before sighing and pushing the cart to the back.

I could feel my hands shaking as I made my way back to the table. Okay I really need to calm down. It was just a kiss. It was not like I had a one night stand with him. I need to stop freaking out and act my age. I could feel my shaking subside and I plastered my fake smile on my face.

"I'm Twenty-six years old Dad. I can take care of my damn self!" The gray eyed man said with anger as his father glared at him. I honestly think I shouldn't interrupt but I feel that if I don't, there will be a huge argument in the restaurant and we don't need the disruption.

"Is everything to your taste? Is there anything else I could retrieve for you all?" I asked, causing all of their stares to avert to me and the tension slightly disappear. "No. Everything is marvelous. Thank you dear," The woman said with a warm smile causing a real smile to form on my face. Finally! Someone with manners.

I nodded my head and turned to leave when I was stopped by someone clearing their throat. I turned back around to see his frosted gaze on me. I swallowed the lump in my throat and forced a small smile. "Is there something I can do for you sir?" I asked making him slightly smirk.

"Do I know you from somewhere?" He asked, his voice smooth like velvet. My eyes widened and his smile told me that it was the reaction he was expecting. I threw him a smile and shook my head. "No sir, I do not believe we have met," I said, his eyebrow raising at me.

"Oh really. I could have sworn we met before. You have a very familiar face," he said, his finger tapping his chin. "You may have saw me in this restaurant, but it would be impossible for us to meet outside of this establishment. I mean we're from completely different worlds," I countered with a smile.

He nodded his head in agreement. "Maybe... You may go now," He said with another one of his breathtaking smiles. His parents gave us confused expressions but didn't bother questioning us. I nodded and walked away, exhaling the breath I had been holding for so long.

"Good job playing it off Helen," I silently encourage myself as I made my way to the back. I sighed with relief when the back was empty. Everyone must be really busy in the front. Good thing because i really needed some time to recuperate myself.  I slumped on the bench and let out a long breath.

"You know your really good at pretending," a voice vibrated through the room causing my head to jerk towards it. He stood there, leaning against the doorway with all his glory. His dark hair tousled and his gray eyes trained on me.

"Makes me wonder why you're a waitress instead of an actor," he said, pushing himself off the doorway and walking towards me. "How the hell did you get in here? It's employees only!" I said, anger and nerves taking over my senses.

"You must not know who I am," he smirked causing me to scoff. "Caleb Rose, ring a bell?" I stared at him in confusion. "Look, I don't care who the hell you are, but all I know is that you need to leave me alone!" I shouted, poking his chest.

I pushed past him towards the door, his eyes on my back as I walked off. "See you around, Helen," he said when I got to the door, the smirk evident in his tone. I paused and looked down at my name tag. I huffed and continued walking. Who does this Caleb Rose think he is!?
