Chatper 1

~ SOO JIN'S POV ~

I woke up feeling scared going to a new school with no friends. It made me feel nervous, I laid down looking at the ceiling I wanna go back to my old school but then I also didn't want to go back because I got bullied there that's why I transferred.

My mum is never home she's alway at work, sometimes she travels for weeks last time I stay home alone for 1 month, I have no siblings and my father died from a shark. He was on holiday and he wanted to go swimming with the sharks but there was this one shark that ruined everything I still remember everything.

I turn my head and looked at the alarm clock it was 6:38 AM.......... WHAT WHY AM I UP SO EARLY?!....... I had nothing to do so why not just get out of bed and get changed in my uniform.

I get out of bed and brushed my teeth then I got changed after getting changed I tied my hair up in two piggy tails and wore my fake glasses I wore my fake glasses cause I felt confident in them.

I went down stairs to have breakfast, mum was in the kitchen with her luggage.

"Morning mum" I said with a smile on my face

"Morning sweetie, why are you wearing those glasses they make you look ugly" she said

"It makes me feel confident" I replied back grabbing milk out of the fridge

"Ok sweetie I'm running late, I'm so sorry I have to travel again" she said making puppy dog eyes

"It's ok but when you coming back" I asked eating my cereals

"Maybe August 20 something" she said putting money on the kitchen table

"But today is only June 1st" I said with surprise on my face because she never left me alone that long

"I know, I'm sorry here's 10,000 dollars if you need more call me and I'll put it in your credit card okay bye oh and have fun at school" she said leaving out the front door going towards a taxi cab

"Okay and bye, I love you!" I yelled

"Love you too!" She yelled back hoping in the taxi driving off

I sighed I'm home going to be alone for nearly 3 months my mum is like my best friend. So it's going really to be very lonely.

After finishing my breakfast I grabbed 20 dollars out of my piggy bank and put it in my wallet for school lunch. I grabbed my bag and walked out the door locking it with keys in my hands. I decided that I'm going to walk to school since it wasn't that far.

When I finally arrived and walked through the gate many students were staring at me. I looked down wondering if I have something on my face but then I remembered I was wearing glasses.

I smiled and stick my chin up and the students looked at me in disgust, my smile slowly turned into a frown I felt lonely, I felt like I had no where to go.

I slowly put my head down I can hear laughing then I heard a car stop in front of the gate all the girls started screaming and squealing I turn my head to see what was happening but I couldn't see because everyone was blocking the view. So I just continued walking then someone tapped my shoulder and asked me.

"Do you like not know who they are" she said I turn my head and shook it left to right.

"OMG really" she said in an English accent then she walked off with her friends towards the front gate.

I enter the school and everyone was staring at me so I looked down trying to avoid eye contact. I was making my way to the office when I finally reached the office I walked up to the lady sitting on the chair with an computer in front of her.
