Ethan finds himself in an abandoned warehouse and starts testing the limits of the Omnitrix, he found out that he could use the Omnitrix for 30 minutes and less if he changed between aliens before letting it recharge and the recharge time was 5 minutes.
"Five minutes huh? I could work with that" Ethan said as he went through the gallery of alien DNA in the Omnitrix.
After some searching he found out that he had the original 10 aliens from the classic ben 10 series and two from the alien force franchise (big chill and humungasour).
"Ok this is actually cool, too bad I don't have alien x or atomic from the complete Omnitrix" Ethan said before thinking of something.
The Omnitrix was on red from Ethan's continuous transformations and was on recharge mode.
" Ben usually turns the dial like this when messing with the Omnitrix In the name of figuring out the master control, I wonder if something will happen if I try to... " But his thoughts were cut short when he tampered with the dial and Omnitrix beeped twice before the lights turned green.
"Wait the 5 minutes isn't up yet it's just been like 2 minutes or so..... Damn did I just hack the Omnitrix?".
Ethan was about to leave the warehouse when he heard someone from the outside and hide, he could have sworn that no one used this ware house but then again this is central city where most of the flash's rogue gallery hid or did businesses in this kind of places.
His thoughts were interrupted when he saw who it was "what the hell was Leonard snart doing here?" He thought in shock.
He decided to stay still as Leonard was a very observant person and by now must have noticed the damages he caused when training here.
"Who's there, you better show yourself before you get yourself in some serious trouble buddy". Snart said as he walked around with some of his goons.
Ethan was thinking of a way to escape without getting involved with Captain cold and he got an idea.
"Uhm it's just me sir" Ethan said as he came out with his hands up as he looked at everyone present.
Leonard observed him and tried to check for any slight movement on Ethan but Ethan remained still.
"Who are you kid, and what's the damages in here?" He asked Ethan as he and his goons pointed their guns at him.
"Uhm my name's Michael, I'm into blogging about the strange things that's happening in the city for the past months and after hearing some loud noise here I thought I'd come check it out.... Are you guys like undercover cops?" He asked to throw the slight chance that they suspected that he was on their tail out the window.
"And why would you think we are?" Leonard asked with the gun still aimed at Ethan
"Well my dad was a cop before he died and he usually trained me a little so I know from the way you hold your guns that's you guys are trained and you all looked somewhat worried which cops obviously would be when seeing such damages" he explained as the others eased their grip on their guns but snart still looked at him skeptically.
"Alright do you know who or what caused this damage?" He asked
"Yes sir... I mean I'm not sure couldn't get a clear look at it but was like a man in fire, it seemed as though he was fighting another man in scarlet red suit" Ethan answered. 'sorry barry'
" Alright kid get moving and don't hang around such dangerous places again" said on of the goons.
" Thank you sir" Ethan said as he ran out of the warehouse
" Why'd you let him go" snart turned to the man who let Ethan off
" Come on Leo he's just a nosy kid nothing to get worried about" the man assured.
" That nosy kid didn't seem scared or troubled in the slightest it's almost like he had everything planned out" snart replied.
" You're just being paranoid dude not everyone is as calculative as you ".
Snart remained quiet but took note of the boy who left.
As Ethan hurried away from the warehouse, his heart raced with adrenaline. He couldn't believe he had just come face to face with Leonard Snart, aka Captain Cold, one of the Flash's most notorious foes. And to think, he had managed to bluff his way out of the situation unscathed. Yh he would have gone alien on snart's ass but the Omnitrix had timed out. So it best safe than sorry.
But as he made his way through the streets of Central City, Ethan couldn't shake the feeling of unease that lingered in the pit of his stomach. He knew that crossing paths with someone like Captain Cold was not something to be taken lightly, and he couldn't help but wonder if his encounter with the villain had put him in danger but knowing snart, he'll probably keep his face stored in his brain in case of a next encounter.
As he rounded a corner, Ethan's thoughts were interrupted by the sound of approaching footsteps. Instinctively, he ducked into a nearby alley, pressing himself against the wall as he waited for whoever was coming to pass by.
To his surprise, it was Barry Allen, who emerged from around the corner. Ethan released a sigh of relief as he realized it was just Barry .
"Hey, are you okay?" Barry asked, his voice filled with concern as he took in Ethan's startled expression.
Ethan nodded as he assured Barry he was ok.
"Yeah, I'm fine," Ethan replied, forcing a smile as he tried to shake off the remnants of his earlier encounter with Captain Cold. "Just got a little spooked, is all."
Barry nodded, seemingly satisfied with Ethan's response. "Well, if you ever need anything, don't hesitate to ask. Central City can be a dangerous place, especially for someone as young as you."
"Thanks besides I'm not much younger than you and I can handle myself," Ethan said with a smile, as he relaxed a little more.
"Great" Barry really with a chuckle " anyways I got to go meet up with Cisco to help him with his little project. See you later" Barry said as he disappeared into the night.
