Ah Finally. Fourth grade is over... I get home, rush inside my room and collapse on my bed. It's been a long day– no, year. I'm tired as hell...

After a while, I open my bag and grab my phone to text a few friends and former classmates.

Sky: Yo what's up-
LianK: Let me fucking sleep I've been sleep deprived for like, the whole year-
Sky: I don't care, I wanna talk.
Gab: what the hell do you want anyway??

Damn, she really muted us huh. Understandable, she is the top student after all, she should get some rest this summer break... I suppose the others should, too.

I don't want anything to change.

I want everything to stay the same... But then again, time can't just freeze out of nowhere like that. I already miss them. I miss being the class president, having Gab as the VP... I miss it already, and it's only been less than an hour since we were declared fourth grade pass-ers. This feeling is weird.

Ah, finally.. I can rest... For now, at least. I never really belonged to 4-Amity..I'm just a transferee from another section, an outcast, yet they made me feel at home.. Like I found the real me... What am I saying, it's just a phase. I'll finish school anyway...

I'm worried though.. I don't wanna lose them, not a single classmate. Not even our teachers, as much as I do hate most of them... They do seem quite friendly...

I sit up from my bed, hearing my mother call me from downstairs.

"Lian! It's Dinner time!" She called. I responded, just loud enough for her to hear. "I'll be there soon, I just have to do something...!"

"It's already 7pm...? That's.. Fast. Time's fast." I whisper to myself. Here I go again– talking to myself. Honestly I'm surprised I still have sanity left. Well, time to go down I guess.

I go downstairs and sat on my chair in the dining room. We ate, and I went back upstairs to rest.

POV: Gabriel

I joyfully ran to my bed and threw myself on it, I grabbed my phone and started chatting with a friend of mine. Alden. It's kinda funny, cause I often get shipped with him, but we're just friends!

G: yoo how u doing?
A: been better, do you have to rub it in my face that I wasn't included in the recognition? Congrats, by the way. Didn't expect you to get in either.
G: Thanks!! And I didn't have that intention, but.. I know you'll get in next school year! I believe in you, bro.

Damn it, why are all my friends offline... Hmm.

I check Sky's status, and he's busy. Lian's, she's also busy, I'm getting bored. I wanna do something... Maybe I'll just play some games until they go online again...

Jiro: congrats y'all, I barely got in honors the entire year, but at least I passed fourth grade!!
Ezrah: yeaa at least you got into fifth grade :))

I join Faith in blorox and we played together for hours. Neither of us are sleepy! Haha! I only hope my brother won't find out that I'm staying up until 3AM.
