2. Backstory

Oberoi's and Gupta's were old friends but due to a betrayal by oberoi's resulted in a rivalry between them....

Raj Singhania [Sam's grandfather] and Vivek Oberoi [Rajat's father] were childhood friends and business partners, they both together started the underground mafia gang.

They both had 50% partnership in their Industrious group.

Due to an emergency Raj went abroad for a business trip, Vivek was having all the power of mafia as well as control over their whole business. He misused that power, leading a great lose in the business. Raj when came back, he managed to normalize everything and also scolded Vivek.

Vivek got insulted. He decided to ruin Raj's reputation and his whole business, and get 100% share of the company.

He shared all secrets of their newly formed mafia group to their rivalry groups.

Raj was in Italy at that moment again, due to work.

Raj's PA when got to know that Vivek was cheating them, he instantly told Abhishek Singhania [Sam's father and Raj's son]

Soon Raj was informed about this and he arrived back to India.

Raj sat in his SUV , he was going back to his home.

BOOM!!!

A horrific accident!!

Well! It wasn't a accident, it was a bloody planned murder.

His bodyguards rushed toward the hospital, as he was still alive!

After 3 hours in ICU, doctor told "he is out of danger now, you can met him"

Abhishek and his wife [Vaibahvi Singhania] went inside, Raj was laying on the bed,

They then exchanged some words. Raj told him that he doubts that it wasn't a normal accident, it was planned. Abhishek agreed saying, "Even i think so, I'll try to find out who was behind this"

A week later Abhishek approched Raj in hospital

"Dad! You won't believe! it was Vivek uncle who planned everything, we even got some evidence against him"

Raj was heartbroken! obvi his bestfriend betrayed him!

Bang!.

Bang!.

People were screaming!

Abhishek went outside, blood all over...

OUCH!!

Something hit his head from behind, he was turning back when he received some more punches on his head.

-Everything turned black-

When he woke he saw blood coming out from his dad's room

He ran inside and..... 

He saw his father laying on the floor, covered with blood.

Blood splashes all over, he went near his dead dad when he saw two more men wearing black and blue suits laying near the bed. They were dead too.

Then he went outside, there he saw his bodyguard cover with blood laying on floor, 6 other men were dead too, they were also wearing black and blue suits. Some nurses and patients were too dead. 

Confused Abhishek headed towards the CCTV room.

There he saw

Almost 10 men came shooting their bodyguards. 8 stayed there, where as 2 went inside searching someone[obvi Raj]. 1 got shoot by Abhishek's bodyguard standing infront of Raj's room, which then got shoot by the other man. He was reloading his gun when Abhishek came out of his dad's room. He threw a tray from a table on his head and then gave him some punches making him unconscious. Till this Raj already got prepared as he knew something was wrong, he had taken some knifes from the tray. When that man came inside Raj was hiding behind the door. He pushed him and stabbed him leading to death of that men. While outside there 6 men died by their bodyguards and 2 survived who them came to Raj's room. Raj was still healing from those injuries when one of those men kicked him. He then took gun from that dead man and shoot one of those 2 men meanwhile the other without wasting time shoot Raj. And Raj died.
