After completing my presentation for tomorrow's meeting, I was going towards the kitchen for some snacks. On the way, I saw Shruti settled in Vishal's car, I glanced at my watch it's 7 pm.
"Where they are going this time" I asked Reshma who is sitting on the couch.
"Date"
"D-D-Date???" I almost screamed at her. What she is talking about, Shruti went on a date, that too with Vishal. No, it's never gonna happen.
I ran towards my car and followed Vishal's car.
"Seriously, a date, huhh....how can she do this to me "I started to whine like a five years old child who didn't get his favorite chocolate.
About twenty minutes later, their car stopped in front of a lavish restaurant. I careful parked my car in a safe distance from them.
They went inside, I was about to go inside but the guards stopped me.
"You can't go inside"
"What the"
"Sorry sir we can't let you in, with these attire" then I looked down.
Shit
I was in such a hurry that I forgot, I am only in joggers. Instantly closed my eyes out of embarrassment, everyone around me gave a weird look.
I took out my black credit card and gave it to the guards.
"It has 5 million "
"Five mi-million " they were in utterly shocked.
"Dollers " they gasped at me.
"Can I " I pointed at the entrance.
"Ye-yeah sir please " they bowed at me, without wasting any time I went inside and took a table near to them.
I kept the menu card before my face so that they couldn't see my face. Giving their order to the waiter, they started having a conversation.
I couldn't hear what they were talking about but seeing Shruti's giggle, I am damn sure Vishal was cracking his lame jokes.
I scoffed at him. In our fifteen years of friendship his jokes couldn't make me laugh, then how the hell Shruti is enjoying his jokes so much.
How can she show her pretty smile to someone, who is not me.
I was peeking at them from behind the menu card, suddenly a waiter's voice startled me.
"Sir your order please "
Seriously, sabko ho kya gaya hai aaj? [What did happen to everyone today]
I think everyone has taken an oath to come between our love.

"Which one would you like to have this......"
"Kuch bhi chalega bas leke aao" I gritted my teeth at him, he nervously went away from there. [Anything will be fine, just fetch it]
