Chapter eleven

AUTHOR POV

J hope was able to contact someone and set an appointment with them for tomorrow morning.

Jungkook was playing in the garden with a maid, while the others were in the meeting room talking about their next mission. Taehyung was giving them instructions about what they should do and how. While they were talking there was a scream heard. They all got up and rushed to the garden.

There they saw a crying Jungkook sitting on the ground while his knees were bleeding. Jin rushed to him and started comforting the crying boy. Namjoon turned to the maid and asked.

Rm:" what happened?" He said with a frown. The maid was looking down.

Maid: " i-i went to get him something to drink b-but when I re..returned he was trying to climb the tree I told him to get down and when he did he slipped and fell" ( A/N:by the way he wasn't that high to break something)

Taehyung was just watching silently for some reason he was angry at the maid for leaving him. He wanted to hug the boy and comfort him, he knew he fell for him but he won't admit it at least not now.

Jin:" shh it's okay, how about we go inside and play with your toys mmh?" Kookie did not answer but when his eyes landed on Taehyung he made grabby hands to him like he was asking Taehyung to pick him up. But when Taehyung didn't move from his place he only started crying louder. The others looked at him and then to Taehyung who signed and silently picked him up. Kookie immediately calmed down when he was in Taehyungs arms. The others looked at each other surprised, they kept wondering why kookie chose Taehyung over them. Jenny pouted and said

Jenny: " hey not fair, we're also here you know" the others smiled watching Jungkook cling to Taehyungs neck.

Jimin: " wow he immediately calmed down when you took him in your arms" the others nodded.

J hope: " what spell did you use that he clings to you like that?"

V: " do you want him?" Hoseok immediately nodded and opened his arms but Jungkook buried his face in Taehyungs neck ignoring Hoseok.

J hope: " ouch.." the others couldn't help but giggle.

Jisoo: "Well I guess he's your responsibility for today" she said with a smirk, Taehyung only rolled his eyes at her.

While the others went to do their own things he went to his room with Jungkook in his arms. He sat on the bed still holding Jungkook in his arms.

Kookie: " hyungie kookie wants strawberry" Jungkook said looking up at Taehyung.

V: " okay stay here let me go call a maid" that he went and called a maid to bring fresh strawberry to his room. When he returned he saw Jungkook laying on the bed. He went to the bathroom room that was attached to his room to grab a first aid kit.

He came back and started treating Jungkooks wounds after treating his wound the maid came with the strawberries. Before giving them to Jungkook he made him wash his hands first and then he handed him the bowl with fresh strawberries to him.

Kookie started munching on them and Taehyung continued with some paper works. Taehyung glanced at the younger who had his mouth full with strawberries while watching cartoons on an tablet which Taehyung gave him. A soft smile tug at Taehyungs face.

V:' why is he so cute' He thought to himself while smiling. He continued with his work while occasionally hearing giggles coming from the younger.

There was a knock on the door, Taehyung got up and opened the door. It was Namjoon who asked if he was done with the paper work so he could send it away. Taehyung handed it to him and went back into his room.

The next morning everyone sat in the living room when Hoseok said.

J hope: "she should be here any moment " the others nodded.

Rose: " I hope its nothing serious" she said nervously. Jungkook on the other hand was playing with his teddy bears when there was a knock on the front door. Hoseok went to get it, soon he came back with a young woman"

Woman:" hello, I'm Natalie" they smiled and introduced themselves.

Natalie:" so I assume that you want to know more about little space"

Jin:" yes, we would love to know more about it"

Jin: " but Jungkook here is a little and after an incident he has stayed in little space so I thought you could help us with him" the woman nodded and turned to Jungkook.

Natalie: " if you don't mind may I speak to him?"

Jin:"sure"

She made her way to Jungkook and sat on the floor in front of him.

Natalie:" hello there I'm Natalie whats your name?" Kookie looked up at her and gave her a friendly smile.

Kookie: "I'm kookie" he said cheerfully.

Natalie:" Well kookie how old are you?" Jungkook put up four fingers.

Kookie:"kookie is four" the others looked at him shocked but Natalie remained pretty calm.

Natalie:"so... tell me about big kookie"

Kookie:"big kookie ish scared"

Natalie:"why?"

Kookie:"becush of mommy"

Natalie:"big kookie is scared of mommy? Is that why he doesn't come out?"

Kookie:"yesh" She smiled and turned to the others.

Natalie:"Well maybe that incident reminded him of his mother and that pushed him to hide from reality"

Rm:"is there anything we could do?"

Natalie:" yes, make sure he feels safe here and when he does he'll slowly come out of little space"

Natalie:"is there anything else?"

Jenny:"is it okay if he clings a lot to one person?"

Natalie:"yes, it shows that he is more comfortable with that person or he chose that person as his caregiver" they glanced at Taehyung before turning back to Natalie.

Jimin:"can you tell us a little more about little space?"

Natalie:"sure"

Natalie:" so little space is more like a way for people to escape reality, it most of the time appears to those who couldn't have the best childhood so they're searching for a way to replace those memories"

Natalie:" when they go in little space, they think or act like child that's why Jungkook said that he was four years old."

Rm:" so right now he is thinking like a four year old"

Natalie:" yes"

Lisa:" how should we treat him when he is in little space?"

Natalie:" simple, you just treat him like you would treat a child"

Natalie:"little space comes between the age's of one to seven, so when he slips you can just ask how old he is"

Jimin:"one more thing does he stick to one age in little space or can switch to another "

Natalie:"yes he can switch it, most of the time depends on how much stress or scared he is. But he himself can choose his in little
space"

Jin:"okay, well thank you for time" after paying her, she left. They looked at Jungkook and smiled.

Jenny:"I guess now we know how to take care of him" the rest nodded.
