Transformers{Optimus Prime x Reader} ((HIATUS))

Chapter 14

I wake up from the sun hitting my eyes, i squint as i groan, my wonderful slumber being ruined. i snap my eyes open after i realize that i was not at home, i forgot about everything that happened in the past couple days. i look around, realizing i was in Optimus Truck still. i look outside to see the sun peeking out from the horizon and we are still in middle of no where basically. i flinch when i hear some kind of noise come from the radio.

is he.. snoring? i smile, covering my mouth as to not start laughing and wake him up. i lay back down, grabbing my phone and going through it, searching stuff, playing games and watching youtube as i wait for the others to wake up.

i jump as i hear Optimus voice coming out of the radio, i look at the time, it being half an hour since you woke up. "good morning Y/N, how long have you been up?" he asks.

"morning, only half an hour. i was just chilling letting you guys rest. im sure you guys need it." i say. putting my phone in my pocket and sitting up, the chair reclining back to its sitting positions.

after a moment, my stomach growls. shit. i hear him chuckle as he opens the drivers door. " we will stop at a store so you can get food, for now we need to figure out where this cube is from the glasses."
right the glasses, i put them in the side pocket of my pants, i forgot about them, i hope i didn't crush them. i hop out of Optimus, and reach in for them as i see everyone transform and stretching. and the glasses seem to be fine. i reach up giving them to Optimus who gives me a light smile.

all the autobots are on the building, im sitting on the edge, looking over the horizon and taking in the nice fresh morning air. god i cant wait for this to be over, i wanna take a shower so bad.

"please, let this work." i hear Optimus Mumble. i turn to him as he turns to us.

"fire it up Optimus, i hear Jazz say, as lights come out of Optimus eyes looking into the glasses a big earth looking hologram spinning in the air.

"the code, the code on these glasses indicates the all spark is 230 miles from here." he finishes. the hologram going away as he lowers the glasses. reaching back to me as he gives me the glasses. i put them back in my pocket.

"i sense the decepticons are getting ready to mobilize." Ratchet says, looking over at Ironhide who nods his head. "they must know its here aswell." he says.

"what about bumblebee, we cant just leave him to die, and become some human experiment." Jazz says, i frown.

"He'll die in vain if we dont accomplish our mission, bumblebee is a brave soldier, this is what he would have want." he says.

"why are we fighting to save the humans, they're a Primitive and violent race." Ironhide, forgetting that i am here.

i stand up pointing at Ironhide. " hey! we didn't ask for all YOU guys to come crashing onto OUR planet and losing your cube. us humans may be stupid and captured the wrong people but we didn't put ourselves into this." i say, glare at him. he raises his hands in defeat. i lose the glare, looking away. " sorry." i finish. i didn't mean to yell at him, im sure he didn't wanna be put in this either. but here we are.

"were we so different, Ironhide." Optimus says,
" they are a young species, they have much to learn. but ive seen goodness in them." he says looking at me.

"freedom is the right of all sentient beings. you all know there's only one way to end this war, we must destroy the cube. If all else fails, I will unite it with the spark in my chest." As he opens his chest a bit, blue glowing out of him.

"That's suicide, the cube is raw power. It could destroy you both." Ratchet says. I look at Optimus with concern.

"Optimus" I say

He cuts me off before I could continue "Unnecessary sacrifice to bring peace to this planet, we cannot let the humans pay for our mistakes." He says, looking down at me. His face going soft as we stare for a few seconds.

"It's been an honor serving you all." He says, turning to his comrades again.
He bends down and rest his hand down for me to climb, which I do. And brings me up to his shoulder.
"Autobots! Roll out!" He says, running off the building and back on the ground. He  starts transforming around me. I scream while I'm being thrown around. Finally sitting in the passengers seat.

"Omg! Optimus please warn me before you do that again" I say, my heart beating fast and breathing roughly for a little bit.
I swear I hear small chuckles from everyone in the radio.

"Sorry Y/N" Optimus says. As we get back on the road heading toward our destination. The cube.

Optimus spots a small corner store on the side of the road. He slows down next to the building and parks.
"I remember you needed food. Be quick please." Optimus says.
"Oh thank you!" I say, hopping out of Optimus and walking over to the store. I think I should have a few bucks in my card. I walk in looking around to see what they have. They had hot foods like hotdogs, burgers and nachos. I grab one of those(you choose) and get my f/d to drink with it and I pay. Leaving quickly as Optimus said. I hop back in and put the seatbelt on as we get back on the road. Happy to have food for my growling stomach.

It's been 10 mins on the road, I was full and content as we come up closer to the place. In the distance I see bee and a couple of military cars behind him.
"It's bee, Sam and Mikaela. They're safe!" I say, smiling as the get closer. I wave at Sam and Mikaela, but hold on and gasp as I hear Optimus brakes start and we slow down fast. He makes a very big U-turn as I hold on tight, the others following behind as we follow Bee and the Military.
"They have the cube" Optimus says, I nod. How did they get to it before us?

We drive fast, heading into the city. We are on the highway and I look behind me, see a cop car and big contruction car.
"Oh no, Optimus?." I say. Warning him. As I see the contruction car starting to transform. Hitting cars out of the way. I gasp as Optimus starts transforming. He tosses me away as I scream I close my eyes as I feel a hard metal surround me and I'm back in a seat, I look around and see I'm sitting in ratchet.
"Hold on little lady." Ratchet says, I look behind as Optimus gets tackled by the deception and fall of the bridge.
"No" I whisper. Hoping that Optimus stays safe.

Here is this for you, everytime I get closer to an ending I don't know how to end it. But I do want to do little specials after this. Of reader and Optimus ;)
