In Johnthan's car, I was still going over some things in his file. He had a total of 3 childhood homes, not far from each other. We arrived at the first one, it was standing but abandoned. It used to be white but is now covered in mold and dirt. The grass was overgrown and almost all the windows were broken. We slowly drove up the driveway and parked the vehicle.

It had an eerie feeling, I wasn't sure what I would find, but I hoped I would find Archer. Johnathan jumped out of the car and walked over to my side to open the door for me. I thanked him and jumped out as well. He lead the way to the entrance as I followed behind him. My heart was racing, I wasn't sure why I was so nervous.

The house was just as bad on the inside as it was on the outside. Everything was falling apart, I didn't even think it was safe to breathe the air that was in the house. It was a small 2 bedroom house, one room was filled to the top with trash and junk, however, the other room was messy, but looked somewhat kept up with. I nudged Johnathan.

"Do you think someone lives here?" I asked while raising an eyebrow.

He shrugged in response. "This area has a high homeless rate, so it is a possibility."

I nodded and continued to search through the house. There wasn't much, just trash. In the bedroom that looked somewhat decent, I walked into the closet. My heart sank, I could just imagine small Archer in here hiding from his parents. I touched the inside of the closet wall and noticed the wallpaper was peeling. I peeled it back and saw Archer's handwriting.

"I knew you would come here. I have always loved your head, how beautiful and smart it is." Was what the wall had read. Before I could call Johnathan over, we heard someone open the door. "Archer? Is that you?" It was a female.

She came stumbling into the house drunk and sweaty. You could tell she was also high with the size of her pupils. She looked at us in confusion. "Who are you?" She asked as she furrowed her eyebrows together. I ran up to her and grabbed her arm.

"How do you know Archer? Where is he?" I practically yelled at her.

She pushed me off her and screamed back. "Get off you weirdo!"

Johnathan got in between us to separate us. "Woah! Ladies. Calm down." I started pacing back and forth and darted out of the room to get some fresh air. I could hear Johnathan in the back trying to get some answers out of her, but she wasn't giving him anything. I was fed up. Her attention was purely on him, so I snuck up behind her and hit her head with the heaviest object I could find. In a matter of seconds, she fell to the floor, she was knocked out cold.

Johnathan stared at me in disbelief. "She is not going to give us answers in this state of mind. We need to sober her up." I explained.

He scoffed at me. "Oh, so we just kidnap her and do what with her?"

I picked her up from underneath her arms and started dragging her to the car. "Help me with her, we will take her back to my place."

He begrudgingly helped me and we tossed her in the backseat. We childlocked the car and started driving back to my RV.

"I didn't think we would be committing multiple crimes, I thought we would just find Archer and get rid of him." He remarked. "Then again, you never know with you I suppose."

I laughed at his remark. We kept straight for a bit then, I told him where to turn. We pulled into this open hidden land with my small home sitting there. It was starting to get dark, so we dragged her out and tied her to a bar I had in the living room. She was still slumped and I was exhausted myself.

"I need a nap. Do you mind watching her just in case she wakes up?" I asked Johnathan. He nodded and I went to my bedroom and fell asleep quickly. I woke up to Johnathan shaking me, he made me aware she was waking up.

I darted to the room to see her staring at us. "What is going on? My head is killing me."

I gave her some pain medicine and water. "Sorry about that, we need you sober."

She raised her eyebrow as she took the medicine. "Sober? For what?"

"We need to ask you questions about Archer. Where is he?" I asked.

She laughed. "How am I supposed to know? This man always leaves and comes back as he chooses. The last time I saw him was a week ago. He had gotten into some trouble because he owed someone some money or something and he dipped off with them, some gang I believe."

"How do you know Archer?" I asked.

"We are lovers." She replied.

My heart dropped. "Oh I see, you are one of his exes. Honey, you should have gotten to know him better. He NEVER stays, he will come back but he wasn't built for commitment. The only person he truly will ever love though is me, he always comes back to me." She said while laughing devilishly.

That stung my heart, she was taunting me and she knew it.  "Don't take it personally. He will make you fall in love, but he will never love you." She smirked. I had enough of her words, she was upsetting me. I stormed into my room, grabbed my gun came back, and shot her. "Now he loves no one," I said while tossing the gun on the counter. I went back to my room and fell soundly asleep without thinking of another thought.
