No one's pov
It had been a few weeks since the sleepover and when Applejack checked up on Fluttershy. The doctors said that she is doing fine and that she will need to be in the hospital for quite some time though.
Rarity and Rainbowdash weren't doing the best. Rarity cut all contact with her, and Rainbowdash never left her home anymore.
Pinkypie seemed to have lost her smile as she walked around the town not trying to make anyone else smile. Sometimes she even yelled at people.
Twilight went into a deep depression, she never left her house. All of her curtains were down and she didn't eat much. When people tried to contact her, she ignored them all. For her days were filled with laying on her bed. Thinking about what would have happened if she didn't have sex with Rainbowdash. She started to hate the idea of sex though she didn't really like it in the first place. She hated it even more now.
After a few weeks Fluttershy was let out of the hospital, but the only ones who knew were Rarity, Pinky, and Applejack. They all talked for days upon days. After a while, she asked about Twilight and Rainbow dash "What happened to Rainbow and Twilight?" Fluttershy asked but didn't get a answer from anyone so she decided to go to Twilight's house
When Fluttershy got to her door she noticed all the windows were blocked but she still knocked on the door. "Go away." Twilight said. "Twilight it's me." fluttershy said. "HAHAHA! Oh that's a good joke pinky." What Twilight said crushed her, thinking this is what her friends did when she was at the hospital. She tried Rainbow dash but got the same answer so she asked Applejack. She got to the sweet apple acres and walked in and found Applejack
"What happened to Twilight? Please tell me." Fluttershy begged Applejack, she looked Applejack in her eyes. "We haven't answered your question 'cause we can't, we don't know what happened they don't leave their house" Apple Jack said. "..........So much for being the element of 'honesty'. You didn't tell me the truth right off the fucking bat. YOU DIDN'T TRY TO ASK OUR FRIENDS IF THERE ALRIGHT I UNDERSTAND THEY CHEATED ON ME AND RARITY BUT THAT'S NO REASON NOT TO CHECK UP ON THEM" Fluttershy yelled, storming away.
Applejack pov
She's right, I should have at least checked if they were alright.
Fluttershy pov
I got to Twilight's door again and knocked on it ."I...I said to leave me alone." Twilight said "Twilight it's me" I said but got no answer. So I took out my necklace witch gave me my wings I flew up to her window and saw it wasn't covered and looked in it seeing a pin board witch hade blue string going from me to every one but only one red string going from Twilight to me she did like me I soon after looking at the pin board knocked on the widow but got the same response of nothing so I decided to text her.

F:Hey Twilight it's me.
F:Twilight please respond.
F:Twilight?
End of texting.
Twilight pov
I laid in bed for days now not wanting to do anything. I kept hearing 'Fluttershy at my door' but I never opened it. It was probably just Pinky or Rarity trying to remind me of what I did. Then I got a text from someone, I tilted my phone to look at it. It was from Fluttershy but I still didn't respond. 'Cause all of us know each other's passwords so I still don't believe it was her. Then I got another text. It was from Applejack.
Text
A:Sugar cube are you alright?
T:Fuck off!
A:But, I wanted to tell you something.
T:I'm not in the mood.
I turned off my phone.
A:Fluttershy is ok.

No ones pov
It's been a few weeks since Applejack texted Twilight. Everyone started to be happy and like themselves except Fluttershy, Twilight, and Rainbowdash. They all stayed in their homes, for the most part. Fluttershy still left her house to check on Twilight and Rainbowdash
Until one day she tried to open Twilight's door, and when it opened she walked in. She saw clothes on the ground, tissue boxes everywhere, and her necklaces that gave her her powers, on the ground. Fluttershy goes to pick it up, when she does, she sees its opens. When she looked at it it read, 'I'm at the lake.' Fluttershy starts to run to the nearby lake, and sees Twilight, sitting there. Fluttershy slowly walks up to her. "Hey Twilight." Twilight turns to see its Fluttershy. She gets up and hugs her. "Oh my god you're alive!" Twilight says.
Fluttershy pov
She does care for me "H-hi Twilight." I say, still worried if she's doing alright. She started to hug me tighter when she lets go, she started to cry. "Are you ok?" I ask her "Eh... yeah, I'm fine." Twilight says, still crying. "So, how have you been?" I say, sitting on the ground. I then gesture for her to sit as well. Twilight sits on the ground and we keep talking until sundown. Where we started to head back to her house. I chose to take her to make sure she's safe.
When we got to the house. Twilight turned and looked at me "I'm so sorry, if you want we could keep dating." Twilight says, looking at me. "Am sorry but I don't think I can start dating again sorry. but we can keep being friends if you like." I say.
"I would like that." Twilight says, closing her door.
