2: You can make ice only when there is water, but you can undo into water again.
3: You can make it rain because of the moisture and water in the clouds it usually rains when you need water or when you get scared nervous and angry
4: you can heal not big cuts or anything serious but like tiny scratches.
5: YoU CaN BlOoD BeNd, blood bending is controlling a person blood and water in their body and you can make them do whatever you want but you only use it in emergency situations.
6: You rise with a full moon or blood moon your quirk is stronger.

1: you need to stay hydrated enough to make your quirk stronger so desserts aren't the best for you
