Chapter 17.5 (Update)

Nighttime

The base is quiet under the moonlight. Everyone is asleep in their respective dorms, except for two persons. Ashley has just left her new dorm room and are now sneaking her way to where Zeta is. Before the night comes, Zeta asked her to visits him for something. Once she got into his location, she sees that he have been waiting for her.

Zeta: You made it, congrats.

Ashley: Is there something the matter, master?

Zeta: ... This'll be your final lesson, Ashley?

Ashley: *surprised* Final lesseon? what do you mean?

Zeta: It means that I don't have anything to teach you. For this lesson, I'll give you whats mine to you.

Ashley didn't understand what he meant, but she trusted him about the final lesson. He walks to her in a few steps until stops in front of her. He raised his hand and did something unexpected. He shoved his hand inside his chest, grunting in pain as he tries to pull out something. Yellow blood began to spilled from his chest. Ashley just stared in shocked about his master's action. He soon pulled out his very source of life, his wisdom cube. The cube that he's holding was dark silver colored.

Zeta: *cough blood* Ashley *pant* *pant* I don't have much time. Be ready, because I'm going to give you my cube.

Ashley took a brief paused before she nodded and prepared herself. Without anymore waiting, Zeta pressed the cube against Ashley chest. Dark silver electricity started to sparks and their surrounding formed a whirlwind which they are inside of it. She began to feel an unimaginable pain from the cube, but she tries her best to endured it while screaming. The cube then glows into bright dark silver colored and filled the whole room with it. Soon after that, everything have stopped. In the room, Zeta is no longer there, only Ashley. She knelt down and huffed from the intense process.

A few moments later, she calmed down as she stands up from the floor. She looked at the mirror and saw that she has a new appearance. She now has nine white fox tails behind her upper butt and white fox ears on top of her head. Her eyes are also changed to a heterochromia eyes (Yellow and violet). Her clothes though, are still the same. Ashley spins around her body and moves her tails while looking at the mirror.

Ashley: ... *dissapointed* Great... Now I look like the Sakuran girls.

???: Well sorry, I didn't mean to make you this bad.

Ashley: *scream* AHHH!

She looked around and saw no one. But she immediately figured out what's going on.

Ashley: Master?

After she says that, Zeta pop out of nowhere in the air. His body is now transparent and his halo was no longer over his head.

Zeta: Sup

Ashley: *Look at Zeta's transparent body* What happened?

Zeta: I told you, this is your final lesson. To make you stronger, I had to fused my cube with yours. With my powers, you are a lot stronger than before.
