"Come on!" Ember said.
'No!" Brooke replied.
"It's a dare, you have to!" for an hour before Ember had dared Brooke to Ding dong ditch their neighbors.
"But...Bu-" Brooke started.
"No buts!" Ember interupted.
"Whats going on on?" Their mother asked from inside the house.
"Nothing!" Ember replied to her mother.
Ok, just checking in to make sure you guys aren't getting into any mischief again."
For just yesterday Ember and Brooke had run off to the lake without their mother knowing. Ember had almost fallen in. Ember hated water, nobody knew why.
"Do it!" Ember shouted to Brooke After their mother had left earshot.
"Fine!" Brooke shouted.
While Ember hid in the bushes, Brooke went up the their neighbors door and hesitated before ringing the doorbell.
"Do it!" Ember quietly yells from the bushes.
"I am." Brooke yells back at her
Brooke slowly reaches her hand out to ring the doorbell, But the she hears a mysterious deep voice yell.
"Stop!"
