Dear reader,

Welcome to the third book in the Legends of Pinewood series. A light, easy to read, and cozy series about various supernaturals interacting with each other and humans. This time, the book will be featuring James! The guy who struck out with Xavier and ran like the wind the moment Aquila glared at him. Lol.

I guess you can read this book as a standalone, but some references will not make sense, and it's honestly just better to read them in order. I'd suggest starting with Xavier and the Wolf, then continuing on to Boris and the Vampire and finally read this one.

What is in this book:

- A tough as nails, cold as ice winter fey with the hugest soft spot for our awkward main character. He's terrible at expressing his affection.

- ...And because of that said awkward main character is completely oblivious to the soft spot and thinks the ice winter fey definitely hates him.

- The chosen one trope.

What is not in this book:

- Fated mates. The MCs fall in love by getting to know each other, not fate.

- Graphic mature content. Potential fade to black, sure. For smut, look elsewhere.

- A competent main character who knows what he's doing and makes good decisions. He got this you all. Totally.

If you see any mistakes in the book, feel free to point them out.

Also, warning: updates may be slow as I have a new job and need to focus most of my attention on that. It'll all depend on whether I have the spoons to write during the weekend, and I may not have them every weekend.

Best,

Eden
