Everyone on a school day seems okay except Diana Noa Rose and Aiden Rune Keegan, they were always at each others throats when it came to grades, they hated each other and they were both waiting for an announcement

Announcement: Everyone scoreboard is out please go check it!! 

I run to the blackboard as they just keep the scoreboard up, I look and see that I scored.... 2nd place again. I hate him so much why the hell does he always have to be number 1! Ugh worst day ever! 

Then someone start ruffling my hair, Aiden. 

He puts his arm around my shoulder and leans in and whispers in my ear 

"Someones second place again chéri." 

That damn word "I'll beat you next time." I said loudly "

Hm, you said that the last 5 times too."

 "Fuck you." He grins, I swear I want to smack that grin off his face. 

"Oh chéri, someones feisty today." I was about to say something when a teacher yelled to get to class.

I lean my head on my hand and look outside the window, Shit! its raining no cabs will come how will I go home. I groan and leave class as it ends and make my way to the parking lot, Then I hear a deep voice behind me causing me to turn around, 

"Need a ride mon chéri?" 

"Aiden, uhm yes thank you." 

We both get in his car, I was so focused on finding a ride I didn't realise I forgot to tell him where I lived. 

"Oh yeah my location is-"

 "I know where you live." 

I don't remember telling him so I ask, "How?" I wait for his answer while drinking water "I am moving in next to you." 

The water clearly went down the wrong hole I start choking and he starts laughing, That bitch- "Don't act so shocked love, I think we'll get along well." 

"Fuck no." He smirks, The guy smirks!

"We're here love." I get out of his car and wave goodbye and go inside and the door is opened by my half sister Rani.

 "Aaj tum itne late kya ho?"(Why are you so late?)  I didn't understand anything she said except late.

"I told you stop speaking hindi with me! And I was late because i couldn't catch a cab so uhm Aiden dropped me here." The last part just came out 

"Aiden? Wow I thought he hated you." I also did. 

"Tell me about it, I swear enemies are only good in books." 

She smirks and my expression changes to confusion "What?" 

"You know in books the enemies become lovers." This girl- 

"Nope, no, no way thats going to happen." I say clearly

 "Oh come on there is so much tension between you two!" She says, leaning forward "Its the classic Enemies-to-Lovers trope waiting to happen!"

 "No! Rani!" She pretends to pout expressing disappointment

 "You're such a buzzkill, you know that?" She teases, sticking her tongue out jokingly.

 "Seriously though, why do you hate Aiden so much?" 

I pretend to think "Oh maybe cause he's an ass who likes getting on my nerves." 

She laughs rolling her eyes "Okay, fair enough. I'll give you that. But you gotta admit, he's a pretty attractive ass, right?"

 "My ass." She bursts out laughing, clearly enjoying my sass. "Okay, okay. You've got me there." She chuckles, holding her hands up in mock surrender. She then grins mischievously. "But still, you can't deny that there's definitely some chemistry between you two. The tension is so thick you could cut it with a knife." I roll my eyes

"Come on, admit it. You secretly find him attractive, don't you?" She teases, poking me playfully in the shoulder. 

"Nope, no enemies to lovers babes." She starts shaking her head in mock disappointment."You're no fun at all, you know that? Where's your sense of romance? Your inner hopeless romantic?" I 

punch her arm playfully "I am a hopeless romantic! Not for him tho." She groans "Fine, there is a party get ready!" I smile brightly, I love parties!

                                                         AIDEN RUNE KEEGAN POV

"Bro, just come to this one party please?" My best friend Jack always tried to take me to parties. I hated parties so much. 

"No, Its not happening." I said it bluntly, I dislike parties, not even dislike, I despise parties. 

"I'll never ask you again." 

I raise an eyebrow. "Fine, I'll come." 

His smirk widens "Great! Be ready by 7 pm! And the party doesn't end till 2am." With that he walks away, And there goes 7 hours of my life.

I change into a suit and unbutton some of the buttons and roll my sleeves up and drive to the party and walk in through the front door, not even knocking and from the corner of my eye and I see her, Diana. I smirk and walk towards her "Fancy seeing you here chéri." 

She excuses herself from whatever conversation she was in "Likewise, I didn't think of you as a party person." 

My smirk widens "I'm not." She tilts her head in confusion 

"Then why are you here?"

 The real reason i'm here is because of Jack but I wasn't going to tell her, I step closer to her and lean in and whisper in her ear "For you my love."

 A light tint of pink creeps on her face, I enjoy seeing her flustered "I see." God she looked good, No Aiden snap that thought out of your mind "Anyways how are you feeling after getting 2nd place." She rolls her eyes and scoffs 

"Shut up" I grin 

"Make me."

"You are the absolute worst." She says loudly

 "Awh, is someone feeling sad she lost again?" With that she stormed off, and I smirk more, then her half-sister Rani comes up to me 

"Really pissed her off huh?" She says swirling her drink "

Teasing her is my favourite hobby." 

She laughs "Yeah she hates your guts." My smirk widens, so she talks about me? "Yeah? What else does she-" Im cut off by Jack asking to borrow Rani for a second. Great. "Yeah, sure."

A few hours past and I try to find Diana, I look every inch of this house but I can't find her, shit. I walk towards another one of her friends "Hey, Do you know where Diana is?" I say softly

 "Yeah, I think she went over there." She points to a room and I walk in.
