Autumn finally builds up the courage up to ask Marjorie out on a date and of course she says yes. They go to wetherspoons and have a nice meal. Marjorie orders steak and Autumn orders the same thing. Everythings going smooth until they bump into a parent.
"Autumn, Marjorie. How are you?" She asks
"We're fine, thank you." Marjorie says before sharing a glance with Autumn. It's the gossipy parent.
"What are you doing?"
Autumn gets mad that the parent won't leave her and Marj alone.
"Sitting here and doing nothing. What do you think?" Autumn says.
"Autumn!" Marjorje shouts but not loud enough that everyone can hear.
"I was only being nice, Autumn." The parent says. "I'll leave you to it then."
"Good."
"So sorry, bye."
The parent walks away and Marjorie turns to Autumn.
"What was that for??"
"For her not leaving us alone."
"She was only being nice."
"Well maybe she should take her 'nice' elsewhere."
"God, you're hot."
Autumn looks at Marjorie and smirks.
"Not at Wetherspoons!" She pauses. "Again." She tucks her hair behind her ear and carries on eating.
After they finish, they pay and both go back to Autumn's house. They both end up falling asleep.
