I'm a bit nervous, it is my eighth school and I'm afraid that I won't be able to make friends even though I'm an easy going person and a lot of people say I'm a social butterfly but I don't know if I can make friends quickly because everyone would already be cozy in their own own bubble of friends and I would be left out uff... I mentally sigh and enter the classroom as I search for a seat a girl comes beside me and stares at me ummm.. is there something on my face? After a bit, she smiled and said "Are you a newcomer?"
"Yes, I just got transferred last month" I replied smiling a little, "May I know where can I sit?"
She smiled and said "Yes, you can sit on the second bench with Shraddha, I actually have a separate so, sit with her"
"Thanks, by the way I'm Prerana, Prerana Ahuja. Hope we can be good friends" I also introduced myself.
Suddenly a girl came from behind and hugged her, maybe.? Her bestie.. They both are so nice, later the girl smile and said "I'm Laxmi and the girl hugging me is my bestie Shravya." The girl, Shravya smiled at me and saying "Hope you like the school, well I can give you a tour. Would you like to come there's still time for assembly so we can roam around for some time."
I happily kept my bag on the desk and went to them, the kids are so nice and welcoming here. Hope I can by along with more kids and finally make some good friends.
Phew....

The assembly was so lengthy, like the hell, that principal was speaking one word and taking a pause of one minute, he barely managed to say even 30 words but took more than 10 minutes to say them. The kids were literally calling him Doraemon, I don't know why like Doraemon is cute but him..? Nahh.. It's okay.

I'm currently sitting in the class but I don't know why the girl beside me, Shraddha. She is barely talking like come on my mouth is waiting so that it can speak tons but you are so quiet. And I can't just turn around and start speaking because except Shravya and Laxmi I don't know anyone and they are busy completing their homework it is still five minutes before the class to start so let me just open my books and all the necessary things.

[5 MINUTES LATER]
The bell rang and the teacher came inside the class. Well my luck is just as good as Britain getting sunlight because my class teacher is a Math teacher and every day first period will be math.

Well, it's ok my Math is good. And also I must say Mr. Verma looks like a cool teacher. The first class of the Math is going well because all the concepts Mr. Verma is teaching is easy and currently the whole class is busy solving the sums given by the teacher I'm very happy because it's easy and nobody yet has gone for the correction. So, I'm the first and I got an 'Excellent' on the first page of my notebook, like... WOWW a very great start.

As the teacher was checking he said "Don't give your notebook to anyone, if they ask you can help them let them solve it, okay?" I nodded and sat on the bench and suddenly I heard from the back seat "I'm literally not getting it and I don't know how to solve this yaar.."

I turned around and saw two girls and thought of helping them "Well if you don't mind I can help you with it." The other girl smiled and said "Of course! Please, help us. It is only getting more difficult." Then I helped them and ended it with a satisfactory smile and lifted my sight to look at them and

their faces were literally having no expression, poker faces. So I asked them "Did I do something wrong?" And then suddenly smiled and they were looking at me a bit curiously so I asked "Is there something you want to ask?" The girl with a bit fair skin asked "Did you take any classes or are you this smart by birth itself?" I chuckled and said "Well nothing like that the only thing is I like math so it's obvious that I would ace the subject and by the way we are just in class five this is all too basic "

The girl beside asked "What's your name? My name is Akriti Verma. Well would you like to sit with us for the lunch?" I smiled and said "I'm Prerana Ahuja, and I would love to sit with you for the lunch" and I turned towards the other girl and she spoke "I'm Varsha Hiremath and the girl sitting behind us is Pranali Yadav" I smiled at the girl behind.

And soon it was lunch break. We four ate our lunch and I got to know that Akriti and Varsha are friends from kindergarten and Akriti is Mr. Verma's daughter and Pranali joined this school last year.
