Fuyuhiko's face twisted with grief and anger. "Who the hell did this?"

Hajime, trying to keep his composure, approached the bodies cautiously. "We need to stay calm and start investigating. The sooner we find out what happened, the sooner we can bring them to justice."

Chiaki nodded, though her expression was still filled with sorrow. "We should look for clues, anything that can tell us who was here and what happened."

As we began to examine the scene, the tension was palpable. The beach, once a place of leisure and exploration, had become the grim backdrop for another murder. The bodies of Ibuki and Hiyoko, two students who had been so full of life, now lay lifeless before us.

I focused on Ibuki's body first, noting the rope tied tightly around her neck. Her face showed no signs of struggle, suggesting she might have been unconscious or already dead when she was hanged. The stage set up nearby had a camera and some sound equipment, as if someone had planned to record the event.

Hajime inspected Hiyoko's body. Her arms and legs were bound with tape, and her mouth was gagged. There were signs of a struggle, indicating that she had fought against her attacker. Nearby, we found a few pieces of broken glass and a small puddle of a strange liquid.

"This looks like it was planned," Hajime said, his voice grim. "Whoever did this went to a lot of trouble to stage it."

Chiaki pointed to the sound equipment. "Someone wanted to record something. Maybe they were trying to send a message or create a false narrative."

Fuyuhiko clenched his fists, his anger barely contained. "Whoever did this is gonna pay. They killed Ibuki and Hiyoko for no reason."

Everything is starting to connect in my mind.

The atmosphere in the trial room was charged with tension as we took our places. Monokuma sat in his throne, a wide grin on his face.

"Welcome to another class trial!" Monokuma announced gleefully. "Let's see if you can figure out what's been going on this time! Remember, it's not just about survival, but about understanding the truth!"

" Says, the liar!"

" Shut up! Monomi!"

"Eeeeekkk!!"

Hajime stepped forward, his expression determined. "We need to piece together the events leading up to Ibuki and Hiyoko's deaths. Let's start with the evidence we found at the scene."

The trial began with a review of the evidence. The group debated the significance of the sound equipment, the sedative found near Hiyoko's body, and the fabric matching Mikan's uniform. Suspicion quickly turned towards Mikan, but she seemed increasingly frantic and confused as the trial progressed.

"Mikan, the evidence points to you," Hajime said gently but firmly. "We found a piece of your uniform at the scene, and the sedative matches what you would have access to."

Mikan's eyes filled with tears. "I... I didn't mean to..."

Mikan continued "I was just trying to help..."

Nagito, spoke up. "Help? You call killing them 'help'? That's not hope, Mikan. That's despair- but oh well- how wonderful!"

Mikan's demeanor shifted suddenly. Her tears stopped, and a strange, almost sinister smile spread across her face. "Oh, you misunderstand"

" Huh?"

" I wasn't killing them out of despair. I was doing it out of love."

" Love? " I said.
