Chapter #2: Mask of Red Robin
Location - Africa
Over the course of weeks, Lupin Drake having enough money thanks to the part-time jobs he was able to make a lot of damn money paying off bills and also buy some equipment and making his own costume for Vigilante.
he decided to go by the Vigilante based on a bird known as Red Robin.
over a couple of weeks he was able to take down many low-crime thugs during night and day.
At Night, 9:10 of city of Tunis, Lupin Drake wearing the suit of Red Robin standing on top of a rooftop of a building.
Lupin Drake/Red Robin: Now then, let's get this party started...
Lupin Drake/Red Robin was about to say anything else only for an explosion by nearby Bank, a group of low-level villains robbing the bank.
Lupin Drake/Red Robin: well damn always, some people know how to go straight to the point...
Lupin Drake/Red Robin got out this grappling hook from the right side of his utility belt and swing down into the crime scene.
As the remaining villains advanced on him, Red Robin quickly pulled out a smoke pellet, tossing it into their midst. The ensuing cloud of smoke provided cover as he launched himself at the nearest villain, taking him down with a swift kick to the chest.
Villain #2: (coughing) What the...
Red Robin: (calmly) You should really consider finding a new line of work.
Lupin Drake/Red Robin many martial arts move against many of the Goons, giving someone to go into broken arms and broken legs.
As Red Robin continued to take down the villains one by one, he noticed a familiar face among the chaos - a member of the notorious crime syndicate known as the Skull Gang. This particular gang member had been causing trouble in the city for months, and Red Robin had made it his personal mission to bring him down.
Red Robin: (to the Skull Gang member) You're coming with me.
The gang member sneered, his eyes narrowing as he lunged at Red Robin with a knife. Red Robin ducked, then quickly disarmed the thug with a swift kick to the wrist.
Skull Gang Member: (angrily) You're gonna pay for that, birdbrain!
Red Robin: (determined) Not today, I'm afraid.
As the two struggled, Red Robin caught sight of a young girl, no older than eight, cowering behind a nearby car. It was Komekko, his adopted sister, who had followed him on his patrol tonight.
Red Robin: (to Komekko) Stay back, kid!
Komekko: (fearfully) But Lupin, you're in danger!
Red Robin: (reassuringly) Don't worry, I've got this.
With renewed determination, Red Robin managed to subdue the Skull Gang member and secure him with a pair of handcuffs he kept in his utility belt. As he turned to check on Komekko, he noticed that the remaining villains had scattered, leaving the scene clear for the police to arrive.
As the sirens grew closer, Lupin Drake/Red Robin decided to leave the scene and change his vigilante suit to his normal civilian attire where his adopted little sister was waiting.
Lupin Drake: (to Komekko) Hey lil Sis are you all right...?
Komekko: (nervously) I'm okay, Lupin. But you shouldn't have fought them alone.
Lupin Drake: (reassuringly) I know, Komekko... want to get some Baskin Robbins ice cream..?
Komekko: (smiling) Yeah, I'd love some ice cream!
As they walked to the nearest Baskin Robbins, Lupin couldn't help but feel a sense of pride in his adopted sister. She was growing up to be strong and resilient, just like him. He knew that having her by his side made all the difference in the world.
As they entered the ice cream shop, Lupin and Komekko were greeted by the friendly staff. Lupin ordered two scoops of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, while Komekko opted for a scoop of mint chocolate chip.
As they sat down to enjoy their ice cream, Lupin couldn't help but notice a group of kids staring at him from across the room. He knew that they recognized him as Red Robin, but he also knew that he couldn't let his vigilante life interfere with his personal life.
Lupin Drake: (smiling) So, Komekko, how's school going?
Komekko: (excitedly) It's great! I'm learning a lot about using my quirk.
Lupin Drake: (proudly) That's amazing, Komekko. I'm so proud of you.
As they continued to chat, Lupin couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude for the life he had built for himself in Africa. Despite the challenges he had faced, he had managed to find love, family, and purpose in this new world. And as he looked at Komekko, he knew that he would do whatever it took to protect her and everyone else he cared about.
As they finished their ice cream and made their way back to their apartment, Lupin Drake knew that the night was far from over. He would continue to patrol the streets of Tunis, always ready to face whatever challenges came his way. And with Komekko by his side, he knew that he was stronger than ever before.
And so, as the sun began to rise over the African city.
