Familiarity or trouble

Chapter twelve
     Esther sang the song in sadness cus she misses her family and friends, but we can't deny the fact that her voice was melodious, as she ends the song a tear 😭 fell from her eye then she heard a voice " what are you doing outside this late  " and the person turn out to be Raymond and Esther was shock to see him in the hostel by this time and he still ask again " why are you out this late, what happen " and Esther being the shy type she stutter " I was unable to sleep 🛌 but sir ---- why are you here " Esther ask curiously looking at his expression, and RM thought to himself chuckle lightly cus this girl got the courage to ask him the reason he was here, and Raymond reply her " there was a problem in the hostel that why, and --- hope your seniors aren't bullying you, if they are just report ok 👌, no matter the class " and Esther shakes head " no sir they are treating me well " and he gave her a charming smile " try to go to sleep 🛌, tomorrow is school and you have  to wake up early, so go to sleep " and she smile innocently " okay sir, goodnight " and she bowed in 90 degree and said with a bright and wild smile 😊 " I hope you sleep tight to wake up bright in the morning light to do what is right with all your might sir " then she walks away.
     After Esther left, Raymond was left stun cus for a brief moment he felt a familiarity with her and he felt like he has seen this face before. As he got home 🏠 he took his shower 🚿 and then went online to check on the person he was  chatting with on Facebook, as he was scrolling through it, he finally found the familiarity but he just brushed it up thinking 🤔 that it just a normal text from SMS apps. Anyway he texted her today for the 5th time today but still yet no reply, then he laid his head in disappointment and later on slept off.
          ** the next morning ***
       Esther was in class and was gisting with her classmate when suddenly a girl started singing and Esther joined in with some other girls, soon the class started vibing and it became loud when suddenly Raymond entered and Esther was sitted backing the door and she was rapping and facing the class unknown to her some one was behind her, she was so immense that she didn't notice the class silence. Suddenly a sinister stammering voice was heard " shut up" immediately she froze and doesn't think she was breathing and he asked "she and who were singing "and the class was silent so he said " are all of you deaf, infact every body move outside " and immediately some one shouted " salma Ibrahim " he told the both of them to get out and he warned the class. Outside salma was shaking like a drenched 😥  chick 🐔 while  Esther behave calmly cus this not her first time being punished for singing in class but it just a different school.
     Raymond approach them and before he could say anything salma said " sir I didn't even sing much I was just singing it to myself buh Esther is the one thay started the whole thing, I swear sir you can ask them,  it all Esther fault " she said pushing all the blame on Esther and he looked at Esther " why were you singing in class " and Esther couldn't help but bite her lower lip out of annoyance in the way salma betrayed her and Raymond yell " are you deaf or something " and Esther  was angry cus of the insult, so she said " the reason why we sang was because it was suffocating and boring in the class ". Raymond was stun by her words and then salma the scared 😱 cat 🐈 pleaded for mercy " sir please let me go I promise i will not repeat it again "  and Raymond look at Esther he thought she was going to beg but she was too stubborn so he told the salma to leave and it remains Esther who was looking at him confidently, and finally he said "meet me after break " then he walked away, Esther rolled her eye in annoyance then left. On Esther side,  the reason why she didn't beg was because she hate being yelled at and also insulted and beside she can't make promises that she can't keep.
        After break Esther wanted to go but the teacher in class didn't allow her so she had to go after school.
                 ** The Office ****
    Raymond was sitted scrolling through his phone when Esther entered and greeted him with a low head.
     *** Raymond's POV *****
    I almost forgot actually but when she came in, I remember and now I feel like she disrespected me by not coming after break, ( scuff)  who does she think she is huh but suddenly I heard " am sorry sir, I should have been here after break but the teacher in class didn't allow me to go out " her face abit apologetic makes her look like a tamed cat 🐈.
