In 1939 a noted scientist Mitzlow Scoffin created a formula that caused high levels of mutation.He called it the evo (evolution) formula for a man by the name of Adolf Hitler.
In 1942 he decided to test this formula on some animals on the island of Frihari off the coast of Africa. The tests were going exceptionally well as far as he was concerned. So he decided to never use the formula again and just lay low for now. What he didn't know was that the mutated animals continued to spread the toxic formula to all the animals on the island.
Ever since then, people have been seeing weird things. For years, many people began to believe that these unique events were the works of the government or even aliens. The government believed that the people were simply being paranoid. Then it happened.
One day,a swarm of bright objects surrounded Washington, DC. for a few minutes. The world was sent into a state of panic for years until a group of scientists had finally arrived and restored order. This is the story of the world that Mitzlow's grandson Dontae Scoffin lives in.
