Hello guys.
I will list now and then some of the books I love and will read over and over again, they are not specifically about grovel. I started to read when I was 10, my mom was a teacher and had lots of books with stories and comic strips and I would stay all day looking at it. Some were just the fragment of the stories and I would be so curious to know the end...😭
After, I found a harlequin at my grandma's house. I still remember the immense pleasure I had reading that book. I discovered the world of romance and harlequin. My mom didn't like me reading harlequin because it could be spice but then, I read it anyway.😅 She would be so 😡
But I was alright in the end. Specially because years ago there were not so many books as smut as we have today. I was quite safe, honestly.
I married a virgin with my first boyfriend and I can say that books helped me a little with saving myself, the bible specially. I've been married for 10 years with my first boyfriend and it is just the best.
I have a soft spot for virginity and first times and I love virgins in books. I will not write a virgin giving herself to no one other than the H in my books...😅 I know some of you is furious with Gabriel but I can't make myself write Luci sleeping with other men.😭😭
Reading is a passion for me. I don't watch Netflix, television and I go to the cinema very rarely, but I read almost everyday. It's an amazing hobby and buying a kindle was the best thing.
- Wait for you - J. Lynn (I don't know how many times I read this book. It's set in college and it's a new adult. The h is a nice, timid girl. We know she is running from something bad that had happened in her life. She is now on her first day at college wanting to forget the bad things about her past. She stumbles into the popular guy on her first day at school and she is very ashamed. After, she discovers he is her neighbor. He starts to pursue her and he is soo lovely with her.)
- The Touch of Fire - Linda Howard (Historical romance. Kidnap, western. The H is a run away for a crime he didn't commit. The h is a doctor in a small town. The H is shot and goes to the h and she helps him but he decides to take her with him until he is 100 percent recovered. They go to a cabin in the mountains and...)
- The Luckiest Lady in London - Sherry Thomas (Historical, Regence. The h needs to marry pretty badly and she makes all this plan to catch a rich lord. She dresses herself, behaves differently and put something to help her breasts look bigger. She has the most strange experience when one of the most cogitated Lord looks at her in a party and shows with his eyes he knows she is a "farse". She is very shaken by him and attracted too, but he is way out of her league. The lord starts to pursue her after.)
- Marchese's Forgotten Bride - Michelle Reid (I have a special foundness for this book but you might hate it. The H cheats on his fiance with the h. But the fiance was a arranged marriage and they talked about breaking up before. The h didn't know.
The actual story happens when the h, now mother of twins, is in a get together with colleagues to be presented to the new boss. When she sees the boss she is shocked because it's the man who abandoned her 6 years ago. He goes to their table and keeps looking at her with wonder and even asks if they know each other. She is stunned and confused and wants to leave. The boss then makes her a question and when she answers he stumbles to the ground and passes out because he remembered something about her...)
- When Worlds Collide - Jordan Silver (The h is the daughter of the housekeeper from this wealthy family and the H is the son who inherited everything because his father passed away recently. He is supposed to marry in a nice, rich family but he is obsessed with the little h. One day he says to her it's impossible for them to be together, I think he is about to be engaged or is already engaged to a mean OW. The h accepts what he says and goes about her life. The next day, the H seeks her, because he can't help himself, and her father who is the gardener, says she went to the military to enlist. He turns bat shit crazy and furious and drives like a manic to the city to find her. He arrives in time to not let her enlist and finally decides not to deny her anymore.
