Looking at Connor, the boy smirked. "Fine, you little shit...lets go." Said the boy. They went to fight, when suddenly, a man approach them. "Don't even think about it." Said the man. Turning, the three saw a man who looked fairly built and looked as if he could take the both of them down easily. "Daddy!" Yelled Chi. Chi runs to the man and hug him, which he did back. "Who are you two to my daughter?" Asked the man. "I'm Connor, a friend...I was helping her cause he was forcing her to date him." Said Connor, making the boy look at him and the man look mad.
"Chi, is this true?" Asked the man. Chi nods and the man approach the boy, gripping his collar. "You. Never hurt my daughter again...or else." Said the man. The boy growls before nodding, understanding the the man let him go, the boy turning and walked off. Connor watched him before turning to the man and Chi. "Well, seeing as your with your father, I'll be going." Said Connor. "Yeah...bye Connor." Said Chi. "Bye." Said Connor. Connor walked home, the two watching him leave before walking home. Connor was sitting on his bed as he sighs, feeling a little relief after yesterday when talking to Chi. Due to Connor's friends being busy, moved away or dead plus his parents being busy too, he doesn't have anyone to talk to, so Connor needed someone and seeing as Chi talked to him, he felt better. Connor then notice the door open, revealing his mother.
"Connor, the girls here again." Said Rachael. Connor got up and walked to the door, walking till he got to the living room and saw Chi. "Connor!" Yelled Chi. For the first time in a while, Connor smiles. "Hey." Said Connor. Chi got off the chair and walked to Connor. "Can we talk?" Asked Chi. "Sure." Said Connor. Connor and Chi went to his room and Connor sits at the bed as Chi sits on the chair. "Connor...I wanted to ask...why don't you go to school anymore?" Asked Chi. "Cause I had enough of people...I lost friends and went through hell so I don't see the reason to go." Said Connor. "Connor...you can't stay like this forever." Said Chi. "Maybe not, but until I decide to, I'm staying here." Said Connor. Chi stayed silent before getting off the chair and sit next to Connor, smiling.
"Hey...my uncle is friends with my schools principal at cherryton, I can ask him to try and let you in...if you want." Said Chi. Connor was silent for a moment, thinking it over, seeing as Cherryton was his school before he left the school, seeing no reason to go, but since he'd have a friend there, making him not alone, he might as well. "Why not...though I'll have to talk to my parents." Said Connor. "I got that covered." Said Chi. Connor nods and with that, they talk for a while until she decided to go home. When Chi left, Connor thought to himself...what will happen? Will he lose Chi like he did with the others? Will he finish his last years of school for good? Either way, he hopes he can be stronger and prevent anyone from hurting who he loved ever again. After Chi talked to the principal, he was let back into the school and began spending time with Chi while at the school.
A few days later, when Connor was going to meet Chi at the front gate, he saw a boy with brown hair and blue eyes wearing in glasses against the door of the classroom. "Hey...are you ok?" Asked Connor. Connor knees to his side and saw that he had a small bruise on his cheek. The boy looks up at him "Yeah...I'm ok." Said the boy. "Well...I believe school's over for today, so you can go home." Said Connor. He shook his head. "I have to stay here." Said the boy. "Why?" Asked Connor. "Because I need to give someone something...and they will hurt me if I don't do what they say." Said the boy. Connor opens his eyes wide at that. Suddenly he heard a voice from behind them. "Who's this loser?" Ask a boy. Connor turned around to see two boy's holding what looked to be scissors.
"Get lost." Said one of the bullies. He gets up and turn to them. "Hey...why are you hurting him? he did nothing to you." Said Connor. They point the scissors at Connor with evil smiles "Why does it bother you? What? Are you his boyfriend or something?" Asked one of the bullies. "I'm not...but that doesn't mean I wont help." Said Connor. "Why? It's not your business." Said one of the bullies. "I don't care...I want to help anyone who needs it." Said Connor. Connor turns to the boy and smile. "Come on." Said Connor. He looked up at him before getting up and nodded. "Your going nowhere." Said one of the bullies.
