Scarletts pov-

Woaahh i didn't expected that boy named Atlas wll be the one who will help me but it's ok igg. after I bid bye to him I went back to my seat. the next class started and we all drifted ourselves in  study.

Sooon the bell rung and it was the time to go home. I was talking to Aundrea while heading out when I got a call from felix waitt i nearly forgot that he is gonna pick me up today.

“ Hey, you aren't out of your uni till now ?”

“Nooo my uni just got over rn lemme have a proper talk with my friend atleast”

“Can't you have your proper talk some other day we are running late” he sighed at the end.
“ Scarlett please come fast it's urgent” i stopped for a sec hearing the word “urgent” but uh uhh who was he even kidding.

“ Finee I'll be there by 15 minutes” i said and hung up the calll.

“I think you should go Scarlett” Aundreaa said to mee seriously noww she too

“ Aundrea cmonn you continue what you were telling me”

“But-

“ Are you speaking or not ?”

She continued her talk and Soon we finished our gossip and looked at the time.

“Shittt scarlett i need to go now I'm getting latee”she said in hurry and started to pack her stuff.

“ But this soon”

“Yes babe we can hangout some other day hnn but rn I need to go byee I love you drling”and with that she rushed away.
I looked at my watch and saw there were still 5 mins left but fuck it . I also took my stuff and went out. i soon reached felix’s care and opened the door only to see him scrolling on his phone.

“ You are 5 minutes early “ I heard him say

“ Yea ik but Aundrea left so nvm shall we go now”

With that he started the engine of the car and started driving to home.

“ Soo how was your day” he started the conversation.

“ Good”

“ Did you perhaps made any new friends?”

“ Nope”

“Ok why tho?” He asked me still driving

“ Cuz I don't want to” i said and shrugged my shoulders. I heard him sigh at my reply.

“WAITTTT STOPP”I screamed

“ What happened??”

“ Lix can you please get me some boba pleaseee” i said and pointed towards a bigg cafee.

“ Fine-

“ And get me a grilled cheese sandwich too”

He sighed and went to buy me my order ,soon the car door opened and he entered the car with the food bags and handed them to me.

I claped my hands in happiness and opened the bags and found my lovely bobaa and cheese sandwich i took them out and stared to have my food. Lix was driving and I was somewhere feeling bad for troubling him too much so I thought to offer him some.

“ You want some lix” i said and extended the sandwich in my hand he first looked at me and took a small bite out of it.

“ Thanks”  he said while munching the sandwich.

Soon we reached home I got out of the car and started moving towards the entrance with lix holding my bag.
“Mom I'm home”
As soon as I said that mom came out and rushed towards felix.

“ Ohh felix how are you my dear?”
“My good Aunty, what about you is your health good”
“ Yes yes it's perfectly fine come inside dear take a seat”

I was already seated on the couch watching their mellow drama until lix joined me he came near Me and say beside me with his one hand on my shoulder.
“ Sooo miss Scarlett”
I turned my body towards him and sat comfortably.
“Yes Mr. Felix”
“Close your eyes” he ordered me.
“WHYYYY”
“Just do as I say”
“ No first tell me why”
“ Arghh Scarlett first close your eyes i promise its nothing bad”
“You sure? bcz uk–”
“ Yea yea I'k ik”

I closed my eyes as he said me to do so i felt him go somewhere I was about to peek a little but

“Don't you open your eyes”
“ Urghhh fineee”
Soon he came and sat beside me.
“ Now give me your hands”he said
“ Why??”
“Scarlett just do as I say” I huffed and gave him my hands he placed something in my hands it was a bit heavy but a box ig.

“ Now open your eyes”

As soon as he said that i opened my eyes and

“OMGGGGG FELIXXX What the- are you serious or are you pranking me again !???”

“ Open and find out yourself” he shrugged his shoulder and looked at me. I unboxed the box and tf it's really. He brought me a dior pursee and Gucci heelsss that I have been wanting from soo long, it's not like i counldnt get them i could but just no body let me buy them.

“Omgg felix thankyou thankyou sooo muchhh for this I loveddd it seriously,once again you proved you are my best friend” As i said best friend I saw his smile faded but he still smiled awkwardly.
“Uhh Scarlett”
“ Yess” he took my hands in his hands

“ Scarlett see I don't wanna force you but can we please give this relationship a chance please Scarlett and it's not gonna be that hard we know eachother since our childhood we are best friends right ??so please Scarlett give it a chance I really love you a lot ”

“  Felixx see i understand you and your feelings but i clearly made my side clear but still just bcz of you im trying to give this relationship a chance and this is all i can do so please don't expect much from my side lix and umm thankyou for these”

i said and went back to my room ughhh I'm literally so irritated rn like seriously I'm doing this all just bcz of my mum but seriously i can't accept him as anything else than my friend.

I went to the bathroom  and stepped into the shower. The cold water running down my body felt so relaxing clearing my mind for a moment. I had a refreshing bath and I came out of shower wearing a loose tee and shorts.
I jumped onto my bed, opened TV and started watching Netflix to relax. I was watching my series when I got a call from Aundrea.

“Hey babe what's up?” She asked from the other side.
“Nothing just chilling with Netflix”
“Ohh gurll having fun alll alone huhhhh!!”
“ Yea, you can join me uk”
“ No babe unfortunately I won't be able I'm going to NY for atleast two weeks so I just called you to let u know that i won't be there in the college so take care of yourself hmm"

"Yup, you also take care of yourself and enjoyyy byee" bidding her goodbye i ended up the call and went to sleep.
