Chapter 2
The queen's pov
"I want you to search every place in this town, DO NOT COME BACK WITHOUT HER!!!" I said screaming.
"We have turned this whole town upside down your highness" the man said, his words were inaudible, but I could hear them due to werewolves senses.
"I DON'T CARE!!! I want you to go out there and FIND HER!!!" I commanded. The men sprinted out without another word.
It had been a whole week and Tora was no where to be found. I know she's capable of taking care of herself but I could not help but worry. She may be old now but to me she is still my little princess.
"Mother please eat something, you haven't had anything to eat in the past few days. I know I know you don't want to eat but you need strength, Tora might be with a friend for all we know" Cora said, sounding worried.
"Food!? How do I begin to eat not knowing how my baby is doing!? How do I begin to eat nor knowing if she had anything to eat!!"I yelled, I could see him flinch but he did not move a muscle.
"MOM,for God's sake can you listen to me for once, starving yourself will not help you nor Tora in any way!!you need strength. So eat will you, please mom. Cora's words echoed in the room. Sounding so commanding and caring at the same time.
How do I have such an angel of a sun then a badass daughter I questioned the Moon Goddess. "Okay I will have something to eat' I finally gave in.
"Thank you mom" he kissed my temple. "I promise we will find Tora" his words gave me hope that she was still alive out there.
"Tomorrow I will go out to search with the rest of the search team, and maybe I can be a better help. I mean I know her scent better than any of those man" Cora said, he was right but I could not allow him to leave and risk losing him too.
"NO!!, you will not be leaving with those men. I cannot risk losing you too. I know you mean well but I'm loosing my mind right now Cora, I cannot bear loosing another child. I might go insane" I said with my heart in my throat.
"I understand mom,but" I could not let him finish that sentence.
"No, no buts, you are not to leave with those men I command it!!"
"Understood" he said I an inaudible voice with his head facing the floor. I know he was right but I could not bring myself to allow him to go out there. A short sharp pain pierced my heart as he walked out of the hall room.
